It's perfectly proportioned and it actually has flavor to it rather than just filler meat. This place is alright, I respect the simple sign they have for the place.“
“The food here is really delicious and the staff are really courteous and kind. It does take a while for the food to be made but it's worth it. It's a bit pricy. I feel like it would be perfect if every item was two to three dollars cheaper than what they list so I don't go here all the time but when I do, I always enjoy the food so much. It's so flavorful. The beef and lamb gyro is definitely the best imo. I've tried a lot from the menu. The salads are good too. It feels like a very wholesome place with wholesome food.“
“In my last review I said I'd be back. This time I placed my order online, then to give them enough time, stopped by the bank and did another errand. Came back and it wasn't ready, so went to a dessert shop and came back and still not quite ready so grabbed a starbucks. Then it was ready. The young man was really apologetic. I don't mind, as it looked like it was only him and he was a bit swamped. Grabbed my sandwich and I felt it was a bit heavy. Mind you the sandwiches are big in it's self, but when I got home I noticed the young man had given me an extra half and a cookie, probably for my trouble. So for the folks reading this, please give this young man a bonus for his excellent customer service. I didn't get his name, but the young man was working around 430pm on 3/6/24, I ordered the Mrs. Pickle and again terrific quality. If Oakland wasn't such a business shit show this place would be a good hit and would have a regular.“
“will probably become my go to hand pulled noodle spot in fremont. got to try the minced pork, braised pork belly, and chili oil noodles. chili oil with wide noods was my favorite by far but they were all delicious (and it might be worth it to get an extra order of noodles since they're super generous with the sauce). pig ear and seaweed salad were also both solid!“
“Saigon house has been on of our regular rotation for a while. We’ve had a small variety of items from pho, vermicelli, and rice plates. There’s still a lot on the menu we need to try! Everything we’ve had has been good. Food is fresh and delicious.Most recently we had the wonton noodle soup. It had a tasty broth, good wontons which was separated from the shrimp. Shrimp was cooked perfectly and the egg noodles were delicious!They get busy very quickly so order early!“

We bought 2 different type of Veggie sandwiches and they were super tasty. Had a nice experience. Will definitely be visiting here more. Hagginlipper so he can better control the beast within his bride, Helga, ..she can be pretty aggressive at play time. I'll tell you, I couldn't get outa there fast enough when Helga saw that Wiggly Stick come out of the box, I knew right then and there something was about to happen, and man did I run!I was cutting through town like I owned it, and then I saw Bara's Deli and being a Yogi Bera fan I just had to go in and eat again. “This is a solid 4 star restaurant. Clay pot rice is freshly made to order, really tasty. The place can get busy and it may take a while to get a table during dinner time. Once you sit down, the service is reasonably quick and quite friendly. Excellent comfort food especially for cold winter days.“
