“This restaurant was absolutely perfect! Loved the outdoor dining and how you could see the kitchen. My friend got their wine flight which apparently was good, and they have nonalcoholic wine! The food was delicious, we got 5 plates and dessert for 4 people. The strawberry apricot meringue tart was insane. Thank you!!!“

“HOLEY CRAP these are incredible donuts. Who knew the Hawaiian superfood taro could be so delicious? I will most definitely be coming back here for more, even their basic donut offering, the “hot single” is to die for. All donuts are fresh made to order, highly recommend eating them hot. The flavors are orgasmic.“

“Honestly, not sure why they received some low ratings for service. The food was fresh and exactly the type of asian rice bowl taste I expected with moist soft rice and lightly sauced grilled chicken; not greasy at all. The cash register employee and cook were both extremely nice and explained everything on the menu in detail and with good etiquette.“

“You cannot go wrong here. Everything on the menu slaps to a superb degree. My favs are the popcorm chicken, the limeade spritzer, and the tofu banh mi (with a side of peanut sauce). Chef Uyen is a very dope human who has built a beautiful business model around delicious Vietnamese home cooking and community mutual aid. We freakin love Be U!“

“We visit our grandkids (and their parents) from Florida. We stumbled across The Butcher's Daughter in West Hollywood (CA) and it became our faourite restaurant out here in 1 visit. The food is amazing. The actual restaurant is very different in layout but very appealing. The wait staff have all been top of the line. I went there last night with 2 friends that I haven't seen since we all went our separate ways 40 years ago (two are here in CA) and we had a great time. It was a wee bit noisy at night - the mornings are usually a little quieter. We took my grandkids there - 16-month-old twins - and again, the experience was excellent. We are all looking forward to going back again as soon as we can. Charles PS. The Mushroom, quinoa and beet burger with gruyere is completely mental - in a very good way. And if you want your country fries crispy, they will do that too!“

“Love the dishes. House made pasta. Mussels Steamer. Beet salad. Escargots. Ham and sunny egg crepe. Bread with butter and olive oil. Blueberry cheese cake.
We also came back for coffee. It's a nice place with nice hosts.
I guess the only thing can be better is that bread could be on the house. It's a lunch time though. I would expect the dinner comes with bread.“

“I ordered the tofu bowl from moon bowls today. The food was delish! This location is located in the Culver City Cuisine pick up area and I order from restaurants here all the time and had no idea moon bowls was located there as well. So good and healthy! “Copenhagen Pastry is a gem. I love the Scandinavian simplicity of the design — elegant, bright, and welcoming both inside and out. The Princess Cake was absolutely outstanding — soft sponge, perfectly balanced custard and raspberry jam, and that light almond layer on top was perfection. The owner was very attentive, and the service was smooth and genuine. You can feel the care in every detail.“

“Endless options for vegans here. I got there just after noon on Sunday and they still had all of their vegan pastries available. Sadly I was just visiting so wasn’t able to try more hut the Almond Croissant was perfect to have with their latte with oat milk and in house syrup.“

“Went for special holiday meal. Food was delicious. Probably the tastiest chopped chicken liver I've ever tasted. Fabulous brisket, potato pancakes, noodle kugel. Service was extremely good. The server helped make the evening fun. Terrific cocktails helped too. Will eagerly come back to the restaurant for brunch and dinner.“

“Excellent place for all bakery products. This always a queue, soliciting the lovely Brazil. I loved the big Sangki bread and the Banana Bread. The hummus and yoghurt dip, what's awesome? It's her secret recipe for over the years. I heard conversations where the third generation had come to buy from the bakery. It is an excellent place to have your morning breakfast and start the day with an excellent taste combined with health. Reasonable prices great value for money“

“These people are incredible and the Gelato is better than 99% of the Gelato I had in Italy. They opened during Covid and SURVIVED if that tells you anything. Both of them are wonderful humans and the Gelato is extraordinary. Plus they saved dogs from food markets overseas. Doesn't get much better. Please check them out.“

“Library Ale House is a really cool spot with a cozy, relaxed vibe that lives up to its name—it almost feels like you’re hanging out in a library that just happens to serve great beer. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or winding down after a day out.
The staff was super friendly and attentive, and they’ve got a solid selection of craft beers on tap, including some local gems. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for a chill place with character and quality drinks.“

“First off, Terrific Customer Service at the Long Beach, CA location! The manager is amazing. So helpful with recommendations when asked, provides great detail, and is so enthusiastic about the incredible menu. Tocaya at 2nd & PCH has lovely, fresh, bright, clean food. The menu is unique and flexible. You get to choose the protein you want, the cheese you want, whether or not you want your dish to be vegan. So many options and super tasty food! My friend really enjoyed the VEGAN Asada & VEGAN Tinga tacos. I loved my Taco Salad with gluten-free, battered & fried mahi-mahi (that was so, so scrumptious) with Queso Fresco. I swapped and got the cilantro lime dressing (instead of the roasted poblano dressing) and my bowl of goodies was delicious. We shared and relished the Street Corn and the (VEGAN) Queso & Chips. We were both shocked to find the Queso was VEGAN; it’s that good! We also tried the vegan Crema, just to check it out — SO yummy. AND the obviously homemade chips were mouthwatering. Tocaya has seasonal Sangria selections, beer, and other interesting drink options. They’ve got indoor and outdoor seating… and I recommend you head over soon!“
