Starbucks in Chatsworth

“Came in here real quick with a Buddy today. Great spot! The parking lot can get full because of the deli in the same shopping center, but there's usually at least one or two spaces open. Worst case, you can park on topanga, or on the side streets.

The staff was definitely on it today! Huge thanks for letting me use their bathroom as well. It's a single, gender-neutral. Plenty of room in there if you need to do a diaper change, also handicap accessible.

Their outdoor patio is where it's at! Plenty of room, around six tables or so with two chairs each. You can also hang out inside the establishment and listen to the pre-made playlist of modern rock, alternative, and some near pop music local artist type songs.

I would totally come back here! It's a great hangout spot, date spot, place to chill on your commute when traffic gets bad, etcetera.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks this morning after getting a bagel next door at another store. I came to this Starbucks to get my wife her Peach Green Tea drink so she can drink that with her bagel. Since I came in the early morning, finding parking was easy and I got the spot in the front. When I came this morning, there was 2 ladies working and they were very friendly. I ordered my wife her tea and got ice water for myself. I asked for ice light in my wife Peach Green Tea and the lady making her drink did that. It didn't take long for her to finish making the drink. I had a great experience here this morning.“

“Amazing service here. They are always so fast here with my order. I come here some mornings before work and I am in and out in about 5-7 minutes in the drive thru. It’s amazing. My drinks are always so good. The workers are always so nice. No other Starbucks compares to the service here!!

I went inside the store one and it took so long to get my order lol but the drive thru is where I will always go!“

“Lara and aileen we’re actually good customer service felt like VIP access when I entered the room gave me a complimentary drink and a very welcoming customer service. I would definitely come by. They have really good service really good atmosphere and also good food. Definitely dig the environment and I will definitely come here again just off the customer service alone.“

“One of the guys that works here went above and beyond what any worker does. He was so sweet, he went and got me a cart, he came from behind the counter to serve me my drinks and everything. I'm disabled, so that was so sweet and kind of him. Thank you“
