“Craving a burger and was close by the In-N-Out Burger on Main St. in Chula Vista. Line was not very long so got in line and placed my order relatively quickly.

I don't often eat at In-N-Out and had some reservations due to past (food) experiences. I ordered two single cheeseburgers, order if fries, and a lite lemonade.

Here is my issue with the food... Burger meat overseasoned (too salty) and the fries were not edible, it was like eating salt on a stick. I never cared for their fries too much, either no seasoning or they pour a container on them.

So, ate the burgers but nearly drank the entire lemonade doing so, and threw out half the fries (ran out of napkins because everytime I grabbed a bunch of fries I had to wipe away the oil and tons of seasoning from my fingers. Did they have an off day? Not sure, but the fries issue is not new. The burgers were okay, underwhelmed to be honest.“

“One thing that stood out here was how cold the drinks are out of the cooler: they're ice cold, instead of being just a little bit cold like other stores. Also, the drink variety was impressive. I got a matcha boba tea in a can that was delicious. I haven't seen many of the drinks they had here anywhere else. This store was very well organized and the staff was welcoming.“

“The first time I happened upon this place I had a health appointment nearby that was rather lengthy, and I emerged with hunger. I asked someone about this place because I glimpsed it on the way in, and they recommended it. I've always been happy to eat here, whether it's busy or not, it's great, I don't mind waiting for these chicken fries! My favorite are the tropical thunder sauce ones, and garlic parmesan for the little one. I really enjoy their salads! The crispy chicken with buffalo sauce & fresh veggie sticks on the side is also delish, but since every dish is well served, I typically only get one thing at a time. “Went there with my family last night after the game. The line was super long, and the wait time wasn’t short either but honestly, I didn’t mind at all because the food was absolutely incredible.
What really stood out to me was the girl with short hair she was doing pretty much everything. She was handling customers, double checking orders, running around making sure everything was right, and even cleaned up the restaurant once things slowed down.
All I can say is: she 100% DESERVES a raise (or at the very least some serious recognition). It’s rare to see someone work that hard and still deliver amazing customer service these days. 👏“
