“This is my new favorite Asian restaurant it’s far from home but so worth the drive. From the decor to service to the amazing food…. I can’t say how refreshing it is to be able to eat clean healthy Asian cuisine. The owner is Bill and I’ve met him twice now. He’s passionate about his restaurants, yes I said restaurants plural. He let me know there’s one in Eldorado Hills and Folsom as well as this one I’m reviewing in Citrus Heights on Sunrise. It’s beautiful, clean, and the food is so very delicious! Highly recommend and give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The food is amazing! We ordered the dragon roll and salmon sashimi—both were delicious. The people here are so friendly, and the restaurant has such a welcoming atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. This is truly my favorite restaurant!“
“It's inside the food court! Don't think. Go here immediately. If you are checking the reviews to make up your mind, this is the review you want. The food is awesome. Great selection of all your favorites. #17 Viet Dip roast beef sandwich is one of the best French dips I've ever had. Bread is perfect crispy. The au jus is amazingly flavorful and they give you enough to eat the whole sandwich!

“I do recomend fats asia bistro roseville the food is delicious it's beautiful but unfortunately this time 2 young ladies in the front ignored me, gave dirty looks and were disrespectful to me also did not even help me at all. the gentleman who helped me was very respectful and its just sad that a great place and usually great experiences can be ruined because a couple employees decided to be very rude and for no reason.“

“The staff is friendly and the food is great. Warm atmosphere makes it a nice place to eat and relax with family and friends.
Parking: It's in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, no stairs so I believe it is wheelchair accessible.“
“Got pork and chive dumplings and cucumber salads. Tasted very good.
The dumplings had a good bite to them, really like the sauce too.
Cucumber salad was garlicky, which we like.
Will come back again.“

“Service was pretty slow given that we were the only ones there and no online orders were being filled. The food is also quite expensive. Regardless, the taste is unbeatable. I have been coast to coast and not had better bao's than the ones here.“

They were also out of an appetizer and dessert which should not be the case early Saturday evening before the dinner rush.“
