“This review is overdue. I have gone many boba places in the Roseville/Rocklin area. Sweetea is the best boba tea place in town. Not a lot of places serve with real milk. Real milk is much better than powder milk. You can get different types of milks, sizes, and many other toppings. They also serve food, not just Boba. You can adjust the amount of sugar and ice. The cups and store in general look so cute.“

“Got this place after so long as T4 is my main place to get boba since I barely get it, I got the mango milk boba bc I can’t have caffeine and it was 10/10! Their menu has shocked me bc it has so much more food than when I last came so I am definitely going to be back to the try the whole menu! I had the spicy Korean BBQ banh mi with chicken and it did not disappoint and was hot and spicy (just a heads up for those losers who can’t handle spice) and it was 10/10! Don’t worry about the reviews people leave you have to come try it for yourself, it is still a roughly new business I think and I think they’re headed in a good direction offering more food than before and good boba drinks! I will definitely be back again to try the rice plates, vermicelli noodles, and the ones I’m most excited for, saigon street fries! The staff were really nice and really easy going and were talkative with me! “I walked in there and immediately loved the smell and feel of the shop. It's clean and sweet-smelling and the menus are cute and have a nice color scheme. The staff who helped me was professional and friendly and answered my questions about an item. I tried the Thai iced tea with Boba and two of the macarons (pistachio and Tirimisu) and everything tasted perfect. I've never liked any macarons I've tried but these ones were so yummy and the texture was perfect. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!“

“We ordered avocado smoothie and tiger frosty milk (no boba, with caramel).
Avocado one has very light flavor (3 stars)
Frosty tiger is just shaved milk with a little bit flavor of caramel, so I asked to give more of caramel and they fixed it. Its much better so order with a lot of caramel at the first place would be better! I appreciated they did my favor.

“Bubble University makes one of the best Brown Sugar Boba Milk Teas I’ve ever had! The sweetness is just right, and the combo of organic milk and their delicious milk foam is simply perfect. The prices are reasonable and totally worth it.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The shop is also filled with fun little toys and decorations that kids absolutely love—it’s a cute and cozy place for all ages.

“My all time favorite is caramel cream with boba, I used to get black sugar Assam it was good too. All drinks I tried for now did not disappointed me, some of drinks are able to adjust sweetness which is a plus. I always get it with oat milk but I wish they can have almond milk option too.“

“I came to One Tree for the sole mission to finish some work tasks at night. It’s a good size with plenty of seating. I brought the Thai Tea with Almond Milk, agar boba, no ice, and no added sugar. I’m glad I did as it was definitely sweet enough on its own with the sweetened milk. It wasn’t too strong which was perfect for me as I’m sensitive to caffeine. The only thing downside I would say is the bathroom. It was hard to access during the time I was there as there is only one stall and was a busy night. However, I highly recommend this place.“

“Good customer service, and all the employees are kind , respectful, and helpful. They are always willing to listen, and help the customers get better service. They treat everybody equally, and respectfully regardless, and they really enjoy their jobs, so that is why no wrong orders or complaints at all. They are located in Hawe Ave, Sacramento, CA. The location is not big , but has pretty much decent capacity for customers who are willing to dine in. Yes ! A big applaud for their cleanliness, and hygiene work, and they do take care of their customers’ health by keeping everything clean, also this place is well decorated as well. They offer different types of services dining in, to go , and delivery which like most other food chain restaurants or regular coffee shops. In addition, the prices are pretty much decent for the different types of drinks you order, also California is getting expensive, so nothing is cheap anymore. One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. My experience was good , and I got my favorite drink with extra ingredients, also they do listen to customers concerns, and take care of them, so I will definitely return, and will definitely recommend. “This is really a hidden gem, best dumplings I’ve had in a long time. All dumplings are made by hand and are very delicious. Seeing is believing, and I saw the lady making the dumplings. I ordered wonton soup, which was very tasty. My wife ordered steamed dumplings that was delicious, and I ordered the fried dumplings. My wife also ordered Ube steamed buns 😁. The pickled cucumbers wasn’t spicy, but was flavorful. ( I can’t eat a lot of spicy foods) every once in awhile is ok. I took home my fried dumplings some of my wife’s steamed dumplings and the pickled cucumbers for an add on for our evening meal. From where I was sitting I could see Folsom Dam. Traveling 10 miles for some delicious dumpling was worth the distance.“

Another note, I was reading the reviews and most people that left lower reviews all complained about the customer service.
