“came here and tried their minis. they were a little costly, but a nice occasional treat. i got the semi-sweet chocolate chunk, cookie dough, and blueberry muffin, which all looked like the picture. i think the warm cookies were the best, and the more recently they come out of the oven the better. service was great and friendly, store was clean.“

“The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.“

I ordered the Green Tea Snow with Oreos, Strawberries & Popping Boba combination. I loved it. I also ordered the Pistachio & Matcha Green Tea Macarons & the Milk Tea. “I got the Samoa (I think) which has coconut, marshmallow, chocolate, and graham crackers. Took only a few seconds to make because they use a blow torch to toast it. It was delicious. Went back and got the Ube cake. Also very good. They have a few others that I want to try. Around $7 for each treat. Give it a try. They’re good“

“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“Love this place for amazing bionico! The crema is delicious, not too sweet and very savory. It can get busy from time to time but that is rare. It can also be a little noisy, but the place is bare bones. They make almost everything in front of their customers.

There is usually parking and the spaces are right in front.

“This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny“

I was lucky and got to speak too their social media manager through tik tok and she gave me a secret menu list which was awesome. If I can give this place 10 stars I would.“

“I happened to be driving by and saw this shop. I decided to try it out and pick up some doughnuts for the guys at the office. Not only were the doughnuts fresh, the service was great! The women were very patient, fast and friendly. I am glad I found this shop. Most doughnut shops are very pushy and make you feel rushed. Excellent customer service. “Lucky Sakura is now Flora Bakery & Tea. There are two tables of 4 inside. Staff is sweet and helpful. They offer to mix and match the sets on displayed. The only one that can't be mixed is durian flavor. Their daifukus are essentially edible art and great for gifts. The insides varies from fresh fruit to popping boba. My favorite is honey green tea with QQ crystal boba.

That being said, the stuffed hawthorn tanghulu 豆沙糖葫蘆 is the item that will keeping me going back for more. I tried the red bean stuffed hawthorn. I really liked the edible rice paper and sesame on the outside. Hands down my favorite item.“

Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Laundry room is clean and the machines actually work. Overall clean in the amenities. The weekend is actually quiet and peaceful! When walking the community the grassy areas are actually clean. People here actually pick up after their dogs ,that's kind of a hard one to find.“
