The shrimp tacos are excellent, their carnitas are almost as good as mine 😉, and we reeeeaaaly like the flavors of their salsas maybe a little more spice for my husband (he likes a sauce to punish him!). “We have been to Diablo Taqueria several times in the last year and a half that we have been in Danville. This is not a fancy restaurant, but has simple, tasty Mexican food. Have had their quesadilla and their Mexican salad in a taco bowl - both consistently good. We are vegetarian - and they always have options for us and are willing to customize as needed. We made a rule for ourselves that we would not visit the same restaurant twice in the first year of being in the area in order to try more places - and we broke that rule for this restaurant - just cause it was a great place for a quick healthy lunch.“

Will be in area for a few days and this will be my lunch for every one of those days. The table also al pastor and birra taco plates and both were superior in flavor. Portions are amazing for a very affordable price. Staff is friendly and informative if you are not familiar with style of cooking. The restaurant is attached to the library in Pittsburg, dont let that fool you, walk through the door and experience the flavor.“

“I came here because someone recommended it. The place was clean, and the food was good overall. It took about 20 minutes to get my burrito, which wasn’t a big issue, but it came uncut and with beans I didn’t order. The red salsa was really good.

The only downside was that the A/C wasn’t working, and it was very hot inside, which made it uncomfortable. Other than that, the food was good. I’d give this place another try.“

My friend got the chicken mole and it was actually pretty solid though a little sweet for my taste. I went with the carne asada tacos, nothing flashy but the meat was decent and the salsa had a good kick. They brought out chips and salsa without asking which i always appreciate, free stuff is a win. The place was busy on a saturday night but we got a table in like fifteen minutes without a reservation. Every time I order from them its always consistent. I always get a generous helping of salsa and huge bag of chips and they always throw in a few mystery salsa that are always good too. “We had their burritos at a Convention in Antioch. Though they were severely over priced at $18 each, you expect to get ripped off at conventions. However, this was the most satisfying wallet molestation my son and I have ever experienced. (4 burritos and soda/water...$100). We can't even tell you what specifically makes them so good, just the perfect blends of all. We live an hour away but we are gonna try to find the restaurant and see if they are better priced than the truck. If so, we found our new spot when visiting the East Bay.“

“It was our first time dining at Bar Camino and it won't be our last. Everything about it is excellent. The menu has a large selection ranging from appetizers to dessert. The service is excellent and friendly. There were four of us and we each enjoyed our choice of food. Three of us had the combination main meal. I had a cup of tortilla soup which was more the size of a bowl and I brought some of it home. My entree was the Chile Relano. The chile was crispy on the outside. I had never tasted a Chile Relano as good as this one. And, I have one at every Mexican restaurant where I dine. This was by far the best ever! The restaurant seating is comfortable. And, as I mentioned before, the service and servers are friendly, helpful and welcoming.“

Great chili verde burritos, always hot, fresh, pinto beans upon request, really nice people. Cinco sells enchilada sauce for people like me who like to make a tray of enchiladas at home to eat for a couple of fays. Reasonably priced.“
