This would lead to wastage and inconvenience with packing! There weren't many staff members, so I had to wait a bit before seeing someone, but the staff were warm and friendly! Kevin’s is a fast and casual place, but don’t let that fool you - their food is super solid and high quality. They sat us as soon as we came in, and it wasn’t super crowded. They have a HUGE selection of pho and other Vietnamese dishes, but I had to go with the pho. They also offer three different sizes: small, medium, and large.
I got their medium rare steak and well done brisket pho. I ordered, went to the bathroom, and when I got back, our food was already there ? They have a variety of condiments to add, and I chose to add tons of their chili oil and fresh cilantro. Tender beef and tasty broth ?
