“The last time we ate at Ruby's SCP, the restaurant was so cold that our hands were like ice. I wrote a review and requested the managers take control of the thermostat and make the restaurant more comfortable. Today, the temperature was very comfortable, and our hands did not get cold. Server makes all the difference.
1st visit, Danny was our server.
Can't say enough good things about him, so polite and friendly and checked on us numerous times.
2nd visit, the food was good but the service was sub par.
Not once, except to bring the bill did she show up.
Always need a refill on water but got asked or had a chance to ask.
Danny refilled my water without me even asking.“
