“Stopped in for a quick lunch while I was in the area. Wow! I was very pleasantly surprised by the elegant but welcoming atmosphere, professional and friendly service, & excellent food! Their Market Lettuces salad makes the perfect lunch, but the Hummus starter and Bread of the Dead pizza is also highly recommended! I can not wait to come back for dinner and try their infamous octopus (also available at lunch fyi). Will return again and again!“

“My wife and I have been visiting this location since it originally opened. We have never been disappointed. The food is fantastic and the Tzatziki sauce is my wife's favorite. The staff is always friendly and sincerely happy to see you. Sebastian at the front counter greets you as if your are a close friend. He will help you in any way he can to make your visit an enjoyable experience. Sometimes the music is a little loud, however, just ask them to turn it down. Also, now that the management has understood and addressed the issue they had with the unruly High Tech High students in and around the restaurant it has been a pleasure to sit inside or out side in the two patios. I would recommend the Koobideh Pita wrap with the Tzatziki sauce. The meat and spice mixture is wonderful, the French fries are always hot and crispy. Try dipping your fries into the Tzatziki you will not be disappointed. I also would like to mention the great kitchen staff. You can tell they enjoy being there. They are always busy, chit chat conversations between all staff are never observed. The manager is always ready to help if you have any issues.“

“Food was good. However, the cashiers were busy cleaning up for the night vs taking care of customers. It wasn’t late, either. It was around 7:30 or 7:45 on a Sunday. The cleaners they use are very strong. Very pinesol or something like that. Glad I got food to go because I wouldn’t want to have smelled the cleaners during dinner. Dining room had zero vibe.“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Mimoza Mediterranean in downtown San Diego! The service was exceptional. Our waitress, Tuğba, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the meal. The food was flavorful and authentic, and to top it off, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert, Kazandibi, which was absolutely delicious. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality. “I love my neighbor's market because they support the community and I once was ill and a few of the employees and owners notice that they hadn't seen me in a little while and they told me if I need anything just call and they would help me. It makes me so happy that we still have love and empathy for one another. And when customers come into the store they always seem happy, the Atmosphere is to die for.“

“We have ordered Kebabs before here, we recently ordered a meal kit that was all rice and hardly any meat, I mean it was a joke, its a $30 meal. I messaged them because we have ordered several times before and thought maybe they would try to make it right but they never replied. This was 2 weeks ago. We will never buy food here again! The servings are very small and there are tons of other places to eat or order take out around here if they want to be jerks about it! The food is average really, we order out frequently so as not to have to cook and live in the area. We got about $1 worth of rice and lettuce for a $30 meal plate, what a joke!“

“First time here after hearing about it on a YouTube video. I wanted to try a good amount of their menu, so we ordered the hummus, falafel, meat and spinach pie and the ultra manaeesh. Everything was so tasty and this was a bunch of food! The star i think was the manaeesh. Their flatbread with thyme seasoning, tomatoes, mint and lebni (a yogurt cream cheese). Next time I'll opt for adding chicken to it! They are moving to the otherside of the block, for a bigger location!“

“The servants are polite, and the place is very small. You really do not need to reserve your place , because there are no people there. The food was so so. Lamb was cut in a very tiny piece, frying well but not testy. Very fat. Rice was ok, salad was ok, not io much special. Tea was ok. If you need to eat something and do not want to spend too much money- stop by. In that ca, e you do not need to expect something extraordinary. Just basic, simple, cheap meal. Menu is very long with a lot of options. But we ordered what we ordered. The decoration is very poor.“
