“My company catered Pita's for a staff meeting and everyone loved how delicious and fresh everything was!! Tonight I had to go back to introduce my husband and best friend, we were not disappointed! The lamb sandwich was delicious and filling, falafel was soft and flavorful inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside, hummus is super creamy and wonderful and the salads were crisp and tasty!! The restaurant is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with menu questions. We're all full and excited to go back to try more of their menu.“

“Shaks came recommended to us by our wedding photographer. Upon finding out they were Armenian Lebanese (same as my family!), we knew we would book with them. As we lived out of the country, our parents went to the menu tasting and had the time of their lives. They came back raving about the place and said we have to book. Totally didn't understand the assignment of narrowing down the menu items we should have on the big day, lol. but that's a testament to how good the food is (especially the fresh falafel). Andrew was so helpful on calls, as he is very busy and emails weren't the best method of communication, and answered all of our questions, worked within our parameters and with a ton of integrity. The team was a delight on the day of and worked their tails off in the kitchen with a smile and in front of the guests. The food was a hit with the guest and I am still thinking about the garlic that I'm sure I smelled like on the wedding night because I just couldn't get enough, lol. The leftovers were awesome to have and to share with guests, too. We will be visiting Shak's when we're in the area as a nostalgia trip!!“

“So good! Went there for the first time on Saturday. I had the Protein plate with brown rice, saffron chicken and the grilled veggies! We also split one of the sides of fries. So good and full of flavor. I got two meals out of it. A lot of food for a decent price.“

“Just ordered from here tonight. My partner liked his shawarma combo plate and I LOVED my kebab combo plate. The roasted tomato and onion complement the meat and rice really well. The flavors are on point, the meat is on point, the cucumber salad is delicious. They even gave 4 different types of sauces and hot sauce and I have to say that was one of my favorite parts of the meal. I liked the green sauce for the tangy flavor and the red sauce reminded me of tart chili sauce with vinegar. It was all delicious and excellent. Also quick, for takeout. Highly recommend 10/10“

“I think they have the best middle Eastern food in the county. I love their rice. Platters are huge and you'll get three meals out of it - two if you're a big eater! I don't know what they're called but the pickled veggies (part of platters) are amazing and so it their baba ganoush. There is plenty of parking.“

“Great food and ambiance. The place was busy but we never felt rushed to place our order. Questions were answered with politeness and respect. They were happy to make changes and accept special requests with a smile. The food was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the variety that was offered as well.“

“Where do I begin? From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with amazing customer service. The conversation while ordering felt so genuine and welcoming, and we even got to learn a little about the history of the restaurant and the story behind the business. It made the experience feel personal right from the start.

When the food came out, we were shocked by the portion sizes. Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender and packed with flavor. The pita and hummus were delicious, and every bite tasted fresh and homemade. For dessert, we tried the baklava and rice pudding—both were outstanding. The baklava was rich, sweet, and perfectly balanced, while the rice pudding was creamy, smooth, and absolutely delicious.

What really stood out was how welcomed and comfortable we felt. Between the amazing food, warm atmosphere, and exceptional service, this place truly felt like home.

We actually discovered this restaurant through a Groupon, and I’m so glad we did because it has quickly become our new favorite spot. I will definitely be bringing my friends and family here and recommending it to anyone I get the chance to. If you’re looking for authentic food, generous portions, and a place that genuinely cares about its customers, this is it!“

The kabobs are always incredibly fresh, delicious, and honestly larger than what you get at other places. Even the salads are consistently fresh. This location deserves way more credit, and we will definitely keep coming back!“

“I had the pleasure of eating here as part of a work event March 23rd in the evening. Our party had 50 or 60 people in attendance and we were sat outside overlooking the golf course. The food was good but the real standout was the overall service we received from the staff. Because there were so many of us and this was a meet/greet event, people did not tend to stay in one place very long. The staff assigned to our table took orders and somehow still remembered who ordered what dish regardless of where they may have moved to at the tables. I was jaw-dropped at the level of attentiveness and accuracy. I have worked in food service in a previous career and fully appreciate this kind of work. I hope the resort pays them appropriately, especially MJ. She was such an MVP. Thank you for a great experience.“
