“We had such a wonderful time while visiting San Francisco. I have never had freshly brewed kombucha before so this was an absolute treat! The flavors tasted very pure, subtle and not overly sweet or sour. Very balanced. The Turkish meal was presented very beautifully with plenty for 2-3 people. Enjoy eating upstairs and looking through the extensive cook book collection!“

“I didn’t go to the original Jasmin’s but I always knew it was a legendary spot. I started coming when it became. Tacorea under the owners sons David. They easily had my favorite burrito of all time. I was sad to see Tacorea go. Just wanted to Jasmin’s for the first time the other day and they still have the California burrito and it is just as good as it used to be. The woman owner works the register and she truly is the nicest person on planet earth. The tater tots are AMAZING.“

“We had a wonderful experience! We tried the Argentinian chimichurri wrap with tofu and the protein bowl with tikka masala sauce, beans, and avocado. Everything was flavorful, fresh, healthy, and served in generous portions.The owner was also very welcoming and friendly, and gave us great food recommendations, which made our experience even better. “Was REALLY disappointed to discover Sliders had removed the self-serve bar, but I understand the difficulty of maintaining something like that, especially during the COVID era. For YEARS I used to get a double patty chili cheeseburger with fries. At the condiment bar I would add mushrooms, olives, onions and mayo. Now, no more condiment bar, or custom chili burgers, but its still a great San Francisco lunch spot. Definitely recommend.
Edit: Recently tried their Philly cheesesteak...it is the ONLY cheesesteak sandwich I can eat without adding condiments. No mayonnaise, no anything: just the seasoned meat, cheese and bun -- its perfect as is. Well done!“

Everything we tried was delicious and felt authentic. On top of that, the prices are very affordable, making it an easy place to come back to often. The casual, welcoming atmosphere adds to the experience and makes it feel like a hidden gem. Definitely a great place for quality dim sum without breaking the bank.“

“LOVED the food here!!! It is a lot of rice so be prepared (less filling more rice) and that disappointed one person in our group but it did have a ton of flavor. The spicy ones are SPICY! They have gluten free options clearly marked. The staff were not friendly per se but they did answer a question I had on allergens. Not a long wait which was nice too. All in all this was delicious and I’ll be going back for sure.“

“I was late to pick up my order. The guy at the Informed me that my fries have gotten stale. Instead of letting me walk away with my order. He remade fresh fries, right then and there. No questions asked. It was getting late and the fact he insisted shows me the integrity of this service. He needs a raise ASAP!“

“Felt compelled to write this review because as a Panda Express frequenter, this has BY FAR the best quality food. Never tasted the sesame chicken so crispy and flavorful. It felt …cleaner. Same for the rest of the dishes, they had a much more elevated flavor and texture than at the other Panda Express places I’ve been. Also the people were super nice and accommodating, I remember one guys name, Paul, and the nice lady offered to make me some more chow mein although they were 10 minutes before closing. They even had an apple pie empanada thingy for dessert that was also hella amazing. I got tomato and lettuce and avocado and roast beef and bacon. I got it delivered through uber eats so I can’t really comment on the atmosphere. But the sandwich was amazing. The only drawback to the sandwich is it’s a little small. It’s 6 inches and I ate a handful of nuts with it to feel full. Besides that yummy.“

Prices are on the higher end, but that’s pretty expected given the location on the pier.

I highly recommend the quesadilla or rice bowl with half chicken/half rajas con queso (my personal favorite).“
