“This is by far my favorite Starbucks in Costa Mesa! The store manager, Liz, works so hard and sets such a great example for her team. The store is always spotless, and you can tell she takes pride in keeping it welcoming. She greets customers with such friendliness, and every member of the staff is hardworking and kind. The positive energy in this store makes every visit enjoyable. Truly the best Starbucks experience in the city!“

“Stop here 4 to 5 times a week. It tends to be pretty busy between 730-9am when I stop by during the week.Everybody here is always so friendly. The drinks are always spot on and they always greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Marianne always has a smile on her face when she greets you. Stop by and order a drink. Try it off yourself. This is an appeal for customers, but especially for the manager of this cafe: such as this employee is hard to find, please take care of her. I've been to many places and expensive restaurants, but I've been served worse several times than in a regular coffee establishment. Thank you for your work and for your service.“

“This Starbucks is very well managed and staffed with friendly folks who take a genuine interest in their customers. One morning I was running late and my mobile order did not go through. The manager remembered me later in the day when I went in and sorted me right out. Then about a week later a partner who works the early am shift also remembered me and apologized and gave me a coupon. It made my day she remembered after a week“

“Stopped in this morning on the way to catching the boat to Catalina and Erika was SO SWEET! Especially with my elderly mom. Thanks so much Erika! We appreciate you! Food was good too. My spinach and feta wrap was hot all the at through which doesn’t always happen at other Starbucks.“

“The staff is so friendly, and the drinks are always made perfectly. I mobile order, and the staff always offer a warm welcome and make sure I have my drink and anything else I need. I can not say enough how much I love this Starbucks location and its fantastic staff. They genuinely make me feel appreciated; as a mobile order, that's not always the case. 100/10 would recommend!“

“I love ordering online and picking up without having to wait in line. Great staff and friendly. I highly recommend the banana nut bread. It especially pairs well with my coffee when I order the bread not toasted, this way you can taste more of the banana flower & it's perfect with my hot coffee!“

“Long time consumer, first time reviewer.
This Starbucks team truly does not get enough credit for how great they are. I have been visiting this Starbucks nearly every day for the last 4 years since moving to Costa Mesa and there is a reason I chose to stop here versus another location with a drive thru (we all know we love ease). This location has dealt with the opening of northgate, a massive influx of new customers, on top of it being the go to spot for students before and after school, along with the typical customer base - with grace and ease. Their team is kind and makes an effort to brighten other peoples days, which is much more than can be said for other fast casual environments. I have frequented more Starbucks locations than I’d like to admit, and I will always come back to this one even if it means going out of my way to do so.“
