“This is a good Starbucks location. I often go here and use the drive through on my way to work. It is often crowded during that time and I think they could do a better job at getting everybody served. The food is great though and the people who work there are always nice.“

“The line at the drive thru is very slow.
I order ahead with the app and I have to wait for people to think about their orders and then get them processed.
All Starbucks have this issue, and it might be a good idea if they had a different pickup area, like on a parking spot, for app orders.“
“I would like to thank an employee named Alena for her kindness and service: she always smiles, always tries to help, always remembers what you ask. This is an appeal for customers, but especially for the manager of this cafe: such as this employee is hard to find, please take care of her. I've been to many places and expensive restaurants, but I've been served worse several times than in a regular coffee establishment. Thank you for your work and for your service.“
“This Starbucks is very well managed and staffed with friendly folks who take a genuine interest in their customers. One morning I was running late and my mobile order did not go through. The manager remembered me later in the day when I went in and sorted me right out. Then about a week later a partner who works the early am shift also remembered me and apologized and gave me a coupon. It made my day she remembered after a week“
“I love this Starbucks. I've worked many places near different ones and this one always makes my day. They always have my order right and sometimes leave sweet messages on your drink! Makes me smile everytime. They always greet you and make you feel welcome. Also, their store manager is awesome too!

“I love ordering online and picking up without having to wait in line. Great staff and friendly. I highly recommend the banana nut bread. It especially pairs well with my coffee when I order the bread not toasted, this way you can taste more of the banana flower & it's perfect with my hot coffee!“
“Stopped in this morning on the way to catching the boat to Catalina and Erika was SO SWEET! Especially with my elderly mom. Thanks so much Erika! We appreciate you! Food was good too. My spinach and feta wrap was hot all the at through which doesn’t always happen at other Starbucks.“
“Good vibes here at 6 am on a Thursday. Friendly workers and they were fully holiday seasoned out on November 3rd. Nice location by the 405 for an early stop though I'm sure they have heavy mall traffic later in the day.

“The barista at the register was so nice !! I think his name was Oliver. He helped me pick out which drink to get since I haven’t been to starbucks in so long, and now i’m SOLD on my daily drink!! “Ive been going to this location regularly since February and every time I go it is great service and great baristas. Even when something was wrong with my order or they ran out of a item they were always very courteous and polite and either refunded or fixed the issue, the place is always clean even after a busy rush.“
“It's Starbucks. I don't know if it's possible to have a negative experience at _any_ Starbucks. Staff if pleasant, welcomes you when you walk in, knowledgeable about their products. They're happy to customize your order to exactly as you want it and barring being utterly slammed (which can happen from time to time) they are quick and efficient. I may or may not bleed Starbucks green, but I'm not biased. 😉“
