“We LOVE Sal’s. Excellent pizza and calzones. My daughter and I walk often and always grab two slices for the rest of the way home. Pure deliciousness! The staff and owner are wonderful, courteous, caring people. If you are going to get pizza in Cotati or Rohnert Park this is the place to go! New York style, thin but the crust stays the right amount of crispy and the end crust is a delightful perfect finish!“

“My son, granddaughter, and I were craving great pizza and decided to try this somewhat new pizzeria — and we’re so glad we did!

The Caesar salad is non-traditional in the best way. The variety and freshness of the greens really stood out. As a vegetarian, I initially hesitated when I saw what looked like bacon bits, but the owner kindly assured me they were seasoned breadcrumbs — such a creative and delicious touch.

I ordered the potato pizza, and my granddaughter chose the pepperoni. She devoured nearly the entire pizza in record time, so I think it’s safe to say she gives it five stars! My potato pizza was the bomb — bursting with flavor. The pickled peppers added the perfect tangy kick. Both pizzas had that wonderful thin, crispy crust that I absolutely love.

The service was friendly and attentive. While the pizzas are on the smaller side and perhaps a bit higher in price, the fresh, quality ingredients make it worthwhile.

I also appreciated seeing a Palestinian soda in the refrigerator case, with 50% of the proceeds going toward a Palestine support fund — a thoughtful and meaningful touch.

I’m especially looking forward to warm evenings when I can walk the half mile from my home and enjoy dinner on the patio. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Saigon Cafe in Cotati is hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had and deserves a shout out in the group. It never disappoints! Everything is always super fresh and made to order. The portions are HUGE and the prices are CHEAP!! And the owner is the sweetest lady, which is always a plus. If you haven’t gone yet, please do yourself a favor and go!! I ordered a chicken bun bowl and potato katsu (not pictured). Pictures just don’t do it justice. You gotta try yourself 😋“

“The photo does not do it justice! My fiancé went in to pick up our order and the gentleman there was beyond kind to give him a bowl of delicious lentil soup while he waited. We got the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan and we were not disappointed. It was delicious and flavorful with perfectly cooked chicken and rice. The sauce was perfectly balanced the portions were large and left us both with no complaints! We cannot wait to go back and try other things. It’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I will be recommending to friends.“

“The Owners of this buissness care alot about making quality Pho and are passionate about it. They are incredibly sweet people and are by far the best Vietnamese food in Sonoma County. “This is The Bakery!! Seriously, if you want to have the best baked goods in Sonoma County? This is it!! (My opinion) These folks sell out of EVERYTHING- everyday they bake!! Get there early-- closes at 2. Dine in and have a breakfast- lunchy kind of menu: or get my absolute favorite: English muffins sold by the dozen. The pizza is really great: every single bit and bite of it (including the crust) is delicious and bakery fresh. Everything made right there- fresh and pure!
