“Oh man I love sandwiches. I used to travel to find good sandwiches. Lucias craft sandwich is amongst the best sandwiches I have had the pleasure of eating, globally. Seriously. And they are BIG. I usually buy a big one and eat it for lunch and dinner. So the sandwichology here is top notch. True to their Italian roots the come heavy with an herb olive oil vinaigrette, reminds me of Lorenzos in Belmont. The ingredients are fresh and flavor full. I have tried a few sandwiches here now but the Apple wood Smoked is something to write home to ma about. The apricot with the Italian herbs and the applwood ham blend with the focaccia and fresh veggies to give you a sweet, tangy and smokey flurry in your mouth. Will eat again.“

The best part is they don't skimp on toppings and follow the company's guidelines for a great sandwich. I was in Martinez dropping off the Spindler's Rotomiser for my 48 Pearson Applehorn to the boys over at the Monkey Ass Garage because they claimed they could realign the wobbler shaft without tearing it up. Well, I had some time to kill so I went straight to Lucia's Craft Sandwiches and had some pretty spectacular sandwiches.

“I ordered a London Broil roast beef sandwich on a sourdough roll with havarti cheese and everything on it as well as an order of the pineapple soft serve ice cream. Do yourself a favor and eat here. This place is legit no filler all quality. Oh, and that pineapple soft serve? That *hit slap too.“

“This is my favorite sandwich shop in the area. At least once a week or sometimes every other week, I get sandwiches here from me and my dad. We both love the sandwiches, especially the chocolate chip cookies. The staff is pretty friendly, nice and welcoming. I've never had an issue with my orders and have always been satisfied with everything.“

“The sandwiches are delicious. The person who helped us was very polite, made our sandwiches quickly, and exactly as we ordered them. The sandwiches were HUGE. The sandwich shop was clean, the people who work there were all wearing masks and gloves. Everyone was polite and kind. If you’re in the mood for deli sandwiches, I cannot recommend this place enough!“

“Great deli / cafe attached to a catering business. Sandwiches are outstanding. Meat piled high and very fresh vegetables. Roll was soft and light, also.

The deli operation closes at 2:00 pm daily and is closed on weekends. But in-between that, you can get a great sandwich here .

They have housemade salads of all types, incl pasta etc. I didn't try them but will - they all looked great

And, it is one of the few places to sit down and eat around here that doesn't try to shake a tip out of you at the cash register before even trying the food.
