“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

Their banana pudding and chocolate pudding are my absolute favorites! Like they are DANGEROUSLY good!! I may or may not hide them from my kids! I also love their new brownie edges!! My mom‘s favorite is their sprinkle cookies, to the extent that she will make a special trip to Hapa anytime she’s in town to get herself some! At this point, I just have them ready and waiting for her! The variety of items and flavors that they provide is also incredible! 10 out of 10! Hundred percent recommend! As for their shop, they have done so much to update their storefront! It is so cute and inviting! Beautiful, clean displays and the perfect backdrop for that must-have selfie for socials! Make sure to give them a try, but when you get addicted to that pudding, don’t say that I didn’t warn you!“

My son requested for the “ Stinky and Dirty Show” bday cake which i looked up everywhere I couldn’t find much ideas. Just asked Bani and told her which cake he liked and we got this awesome cake. All my boys love every single details and tasting of the cake (mixed berries with raspberries mousses filling = perfect pairing). “The workers are always nice and ice cream is good. A good selection of flavors to choose from this is also a good location to if you're making a quick stop. Quality if the ice cream taste great, nice and cold kept at a perfect temperature whether on a cold or hot day. 5 stars“

“Great macarons that I didn't feel were priced outrageously (they're never cheap anywhere). They all came individually packaged. We got an assortment of them to try, and they were all great. The standout for me was the smores (?) one, that was covered in shaved chocolate. It was fantastic. The oreo cheesecake was a close runner up, for me. Overall, highly recommended. It was a great little treat for us on our way home from Disneyland.“

“Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“I’ve never had any rude interactions with these employees but you also have to understand that they also have a life so coming in with 5 minutes till closing with all your family members trying to figure out what they want puts them in overtime and me as a business man can’t afford to pay out that much O/T because you decided to wait to the very last moment .
