From the first bite, it was clear that Heritage excels at layering textures and flavors in unexpected ways. The meal began with an Amuse Bouche trio: a delicate prawn cracker topped with sweet Dungeness crab, a green leaf with another seafood salad that was to be eaten like a mini street taco, and balanced with the brightness and light crunch of pickled turnip. A seemingly simple couple of bites, but one that foreshadowed the precision and thoughtfulness of the courses to follow. To cleanse the palate, a mint tea infused with palo santo was served—a meditative interlude that was both refreshing and aromatic, setting the stage for the evening’s journey. The first official course, Crème Caviar, featured Russian Sturgeon Heritage Caviar and chive, a chilled preparation that was rich yet elegantly restrained. This was followed by Kanpachi Crudo, presented with carrot, ginger, and macédoine vegetables, offering a balance of clean ocean flavors against bright, vegetal undertones. Then came what I consider the star of the evening: a dish that fully captured the ethos of Heritage—Hen of the Woods Mushroom, topped in a “sunchoke stew” (crispy fried sunchoke) with fermented mushroom. For an additional $25, an indulgent shaving of black truffle took the dish to another level, transforming it into a sensory experience that evoked the deep, earthy satisfaction of foraging. The interplay of umami-rich elements made this course a masterpiece of textural and flavor contrast. The proteins that followed were executed with equal care. Our set starts off with the seafood salad (came with little white fishies, scallops, and salmon sashimi, 5 pc sashimi (smoked albacore, halibut, tuna, kanpachi, and ankimo), 3 piece nigiri (salmon, hotate, and yellowtail), 1 toro handroll, another 3 piece nigiri (mackerel, blue fin tuna, amberjack), miso soup (one of the better miso soups I've ever had since it was more rich), 1 blue crab handroll, then finish with a otoro and uni nigiri. I'm sure some pieces tend to change, but this is what we received. OMG! This was all that I wanted for my birthday. Everything was truly amazing! I'm already thinking about going back asap! Sandwiched and side totaled 15.50$ I also threw in some bbq chips for a 1.25$ more total came out to 16.75 which felt was pretty decent. “What's not to love? FOOD: Delicious! The Hawaiian pizza was perfectly balanced. The crust was crisp and center was chewy. Nothing was burnt, which is surprisingly common for fancy pizza. The toppings very nicely seasoned. The cake was fluffy and not too sweet. Thai iced tea was maybe a little too sweet but it hit the spot. INTERIOR: Plenty of seating space. Warm lights and vibe. PHILOSOPHY: The owner said that they ask non-vegan food to even enter the restaurant as a matter of philosophy, which seemed sincere.“

Parking: They’re located in a large plaza. Plenty of free parking and easy to find.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium sized space with a decent amount of seating. There’s plenty of room to move around. I liked the decor on the walls.

Service: Shout out to our cashier Gabriel! He was knowledgeable about the menu, sizes and offerings, and gave us good recommendations. There were only 2 workers when we visited. They were quick and efficient.

Drinks: There were sooo many drinks! They also offer special deals depending on the day!

1) Cali Gurl - All drinks sounded delicious, and as tempting it was to order everything, I went with this drink. This included peach mango protein punch and collagen. The fruit flavor definitely came through. The protein didn’t overpower the peach or mango, but you can still taste it. This was really refreshing!

2) Mint Green Protein Shake - My bf ordered this with 36G of protein. It was really hard to choose bc all their shakes sound so good. This tasted as expected. Mint chocolate chip with Oreos. The texture surprisingly wasn’t too chalky. The protein blended well with the drink!

Pricing: Definitely worth the prices! Not too expensive $. Their portions are generous, especially for healthy drinks. They offer different deals each day. I received 10% off my drink bc they were offering 10% off Tea Bombs on Fridays.“
