Starbucks in Cypress

“Had a refreshing experience today. I usually am not one to write reviews, but I saw a new face this morning & I had to share. Her name was Emilie I think and she was the sweetest barista I’ve encountered at this store. Most of the time I’m there with a barista named Katt I believe, and I’m convinced she hates her job. I always hear her gossiping on her shift and it’s not a good look for the company. This morning I was greated at the door, my coffee was made quickly (even with the rush) and I was thrilled to have it actually taste good for once. Thank you Starbucks for moving your shining stars to the morning shift!“

“I enjoy Starbucks coffee, so I go quite a bit. But this isn't just about the coffee. The owner of this Starbucks is Blessed to have such an amazing staff, to include Gerry who helped me on the phone when I called because I messed up and was going to miss an appointment,so I couldnt pick up my order. I called and explained my situation and was bummed because I thought I would lose the stars that I used, and we all know how precious those are .He said, "Don't worry, we've got you come when you can, and we will make it for you again."I want everyone to know what a great Starbucks this! You need to make sure that you visit them and get your Starbucks there. You won't be disappointed. Tell them you we're sent by me the lady who talked to Gerry on the phone and he made her day!
