Manager Mado also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us [unfortunately the Waldorf didn't do anything special for our celebration] The food was absolutely delicious, and we chose the Beach Club for our meals over the resort. We ordered the Crudo to share and it was very fresh and the portion was generous and the presentation and sauce were outstanding. We both ordered the Branzino, which was cooked to perfection with a beautiful presentation. The flavors were outstanding and we would order everything again. It was our anniversary and we had a dessert that had "Happy Anniversary" written on chocolate. We are excited to go back again to try other items on the menu as this chef knocked it out of the park!
