“I ordered original popcorn chicken (spicy) and a cookies and cream brown sugar milk tea (25% sweet) with boba. The boba was good, but the tea was still quite sweet, so will order 0% next time. The chicken was dry and chewy, so I got tired of it about halfway through and will save the rest for later.
There seemed to be only 1 staff member who was nice enough. Clean space and cute decor (very pink!), which I appreciated.“

I asked for the Felix’s cup sleeve and he told me “You have to buy Felix’s pick drinks to get it but I will give you one. Don’t tell anyone.” I’d come back again to try other drinks!“

“I had a great experience at Happy Lemon! While waiting for my order, I noticed a young male staff member thoughtfully washing his hands after handling money from a customer. It was such a simple gesture, but it really stood out to me and made the whole visit feel even more pleasant and hygienic. It gave me even more confidence in how they handle everything. And of course, my mango matcha smoothie was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and earthy. Will definitely be coming back!“

“Walking into the location, it's usually clean and nicely decorated with a unified theme of one piece. However, despite the 100+ degree weather outside, they didn't have the AC on, making it quite uncomfortable to sit inside for long. The Mango Snow is amazing – a refreshing icy/creamy drink with a strong mango flavor. Warning: The Matcha Drink, however, is disappointing; it was so bad that another customer threw theirs away and told their partner it was horrible“

“I got the rose milk tea (which is great by itself) and the fried tofu (spicy). Both items were 10/10. I was pleasantly surprised how crispy, tasty and spicy the tofu was. You can get it mildly spicy or very very spicy. I am glad to have T4 so close to where I live. The folks working behind the counter are super nice and hard-working.

I was initially afraid that we had too many desserts for the guests; but everything was gone within minutes of Natalie setting up the dessert & boba bar!

From the beginning of the planning process, Natalie was responsive, kind, and flexible. “I live in Tracy and was craving bubble tea, my friend said that this is her favorite place to go to and she had a membership so we decided to go after church. There was somewhat of a line but it moved very quickly, a lot of people had the same ideas as us to come in for a drink. There was maybe four people in front of us but it only took about 2 minutes for us to get to the front, these workers move extremely fast and diligently. We ordered three drinks and my friend was able to get a reward which allowed her to get one free drink which was awesome. “Polite staff, usually quick and efficient depending the time of day (they can get BUSY) but guess that shows how good they are. The cream brûlée boba is my favorite. They also have good food too if you’re trying to get a quick bite. Wish they had seats inside to eat/drink at but that doesn’t make me want to give less stars. Overall it’s one of my favorite boba spot in the east bay since I got here a couple months ago.“

The oroginal comes with cookie crumble at the bottom, while the mango and ube come with a coconut creme at the bottom. The price for each is under $10. “Cozy, family owned cafe, that I cannot recommend enough if you’re in town or passing through Lafayette. You will not find any place with better freshly baked scones on this side of the tunnel. They are baked every morning, and if you come in early enough, they might still be warm. Each batch comes out with the most perfect fluffy interior, with a crisp exterior crust. No hockey pucks here! The photo doesn’t do it justice because I couldn’t hold back eating it before posting. The chai tea is a house made blend, with all organic ingredients. Try it as a latte with a shot of espresso. It’s so much better than the chai syrup concentrated drink you get at Starbucks, and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. This is the best place to stop by before walking the reservoir, before/after your trader joe’s run, or to sit down and catch up with a friend over coffee or boba tea(also incredibly fresh and chewy boba). Not to mention, it’s a great study spot you can sit and study at all day. They now offer breakfast burritos and sandwiches, which makes this place even better than all the competing chain coffee shops in the area. The owner, Apple, is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet, and so kind and welcoming.“
