“I am a long-time regular of this particular Gong Cha location since it opened in 2023. Every time I make an order, the tea tastes as it should, and more. Do you want to know why? It's because Vincent and his team at Gong Cha Dublin ensure that their customers are given the best service, best ingredients and the best preparation in their teas. Their interior is bright and cozy, and most of the time when I come in, I see Vincent, the owner, shaking up some of tea to pour into those familiar cups you all know by now, before wiping it down to perfection.

Definitely the best milk tea space in Bay Area! It was open inside 168 Market in Fremont before and now moved to this new place!
All the tea base is freshly brewed to order. Half sugar and less ice is my go to combination. If you prefer stronger flavor, I would definitely recommend extra tea. The tea fragrance is elegant and solid. You can see the staff brewing your cup of tea right away, which you barely can find in other milktea shop and makes this place outstanding.
It is not a chain business, so I would have to drive 30min for this, but I think it worth the quality and the price is so reasonable. I would definitely come by again.“

“I can't believe I haven't written a review for a business my kids and I frequent all the time! We've been coming to Always Yours since it opened. Hands down they have the best drinks, cookies, macarons, cakes, and now salt bread! I always come to get treats for my kid's teachers (for their birthdays, teacher appreciation week, just because, etc.). I've brought friends visiting the Bay Area to this bakery, which they have loved. Always Yours also has fun cup sleeve events, macaron classes and afternoon tea from time to time. We love supporting small businesses and this one is definitely worth supporting!

P.S. with all these drink places popping up in the area...we still think the drinks at Always Yours not only taste better, but also are of higher quality.“

“I had a great experience at Happy Lemon! While waiting for my order, I noticed a young male staff member thoughtfully washing his hands after handling money from a customer. It was such a simple gesture, but it really stood out to me and made the whole visit feel even more pleasant and hygienic. It gave me even more confidence in how they handle everything. “Cozy, family owned cafe, that I cannot recommend enough if you’re in town or passing through Lafayette. You will not find any place with better freshly baked scones on this side of the tunnel. They are baked every morning, and if you come in early enough, they might still be warm. Each batch comes out with the most perfect fluffy interior, with a crisp exterior crust. No hockey pucks here! The photo doesn’t do it justice because I couldn’t hold back eating it before posting. The chai tea is a house made blend, with all organic ingredients. Try it as a latte with a shot of espresso. It’s so much better than the chai syrup concentrated drink you get at Starbucks, and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. This is the best place to stop by before walking the reservoir, before/after your trader joe’s run, or to sit down and catch up with a friend over coffee or boba tea(also incredibly fresh and chewy boba). Not to mention, it’s a great study spot you can sit and study at all day. They now offer breakfast burritos and sandwiches, which makes this place even better than all the competing chain coffee shops in the area. “What a find! We stopped here on A road trip and were craving Vietnamese food, like we always do. Pho Dublin exceeded our expectations. The Bahn Mi was delicious and fresh, the bread was perfectly crunchy and soft. The spring rolls are wrapped very well and all of their ingredients are super fresh. “I live in Tracy and was craving bubble tea, my friend said that this is her favorite place to go to and she had a membership so we decided to go after church. There was somewhat of a line but it moved very quickly, a lot of people had the same ideas as us to come in for a drink. There was maybe four people in front of us but it only took about 2 minutes for us to get to the front, these workers move extremely fast and diligently. We ordered three drinks and my friend was able to get a reward which allowed her to get one free drink which was awesome. “I got the rose milk tea (which is great by itself) and the fried tofu (spicy). Both items were 10/10. I was pleasantly surprised how crispy, tasty and spicy the tofu was. You can get it mildly spicy or very very spicy. I am glad to have T4 so close to where I live. The folks working behind the counter are super nice and hard-working.

“As someone who is very particular with thier Taiwanese and Hong kong cuisness, the chef at this iTea reminds me of HK with every bite. The Beef Brisket in Coconut Curry sauce is always on point, tasty beef with all the cuts.

The drinks are also made very well, especially the mango pomelo sago. Thier milk tea is also on point, bubble and boba is chewy and not clumpy.

This spot is definitely on my weekly rotation for comfort food.“
