“I understand mistakes happen. I usually eat at this restaurant once a week after my late shift around 2/3 a.m. I noticed the quality of food got really bad. My meal was simple—a single patty cheeseburger with nothing on it. The first mess-up was the fries—they were burnt. Then the second mess-up: a burnt burger. Like, crispy burnt. Then my last and final straw—they served me a moldy burger that I thought was flour. Even my friends saw it and agreed after I sent them a picture. I ended up in the hospital. I called the manager, and he didn’t even offer a refund—said I was lying. I told him I’d send proof, and then he said no and hung up in my face. Not only is the manager rude and disrespectful, he cares little for his kitchen’s mistakes—and it cost me a day in the hospital. Cost me the only day I have with my son. All because his chefs are lazy and don’t care what they serve.“

“2/21/25 I went through the drive-thru here today. I couldn't roll down my windows because I had them tinted on Wednesday, and I was on a business phone call. I gave my order, which was complicated. I paid with my card with the door open and still on the phone. When I got around front to park and eat while still on the phone, I realized that my order was wrong. I went in, and the manager was standing there. They realized they had given me the wrong prder. They fell all over themselves to do everything they could to make me happy even though i was not upset. They gave me my correct order and an extra order of fries and the original wrong order. The manager told me that his number one job is to make sure customers are happy. It was a very happy trip to Jack In The Box.“

“Bf and I wanted to get a quick bite before our movie at the AMC started and was immediately greeted by Matilda with some of the best hospitality I’ve ever gotten at a burger place, let alone a mall location. Matilda was very sweet and would always check up on us while we dined in, offering to clear our table and asked if we needed any extra sauces, etc. pls give Matilda their flowers because they definitely deserve it!! “Came here for dinner not really knowing the area. Saw that this was a small place in a shopping center so I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was a pleasant surprise. By far one of the best burgers in SD! Great flavor from the meat, bun was light and not overly bready, the sauce was a great addition and of course having real cheddar helped too. Overall just a fantastic burger. Will definitely be coming back here!

Also, fishing tip… I ordered too much food and we had about half a coney dog left from my nephew (not sure how with how great they tasted but we ate too much) we used it for bait and instantly got hit when the whole group was skunked all day. Absolutely loved my experience at The Habit Burger Grill! 🍔🔥

From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly and fast 🙌. The Charburger was perfectly grilled juicy, flavorful, and with that signature smoky char you can only get at The Habit 🍖🍞. The toppings were super fresh 🥬🍅🧅 and the toasted bun brought it all together just right.

I also tried the sweet potato fries crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not greasy at all 🍠🍟. And don’t even get me started on the tempura green beans… next-level delicious! 🫛😋

“I had a very positive dining experience a couple of nights ago with my coworkers at Knotty Barrel PQ! It was surprisingly busy for a Wednesday night! While I noticed there was trivia going on, I'm sure the consistent business is due to the great vibes, food, drinks, and service.

Our server, Julian, did an amazing job. He was very helpful in explaining the menu and provided incredibly fast service. Even though it was quite busy, he made sure to check on all of his tables. The food was delicious, and your drink selections were fantastic!

“My husband, daughter, and I stopped by for dinner after a long day. At first, it was a little hard to identify if this was a bar or restaurant, but Selena saw us looking lost and brought us in. Selena was great! The service was terrific, the conversation was enjoyable, and the food was amazing. This bar/restaurant is a unique and fun concept. We will definitely be back.“

We had the chik’n and waffle sandwich (delicious but definitely sweet), the western burger with beefy patty (very very tasty), the chk’n tenders (excellent, I liked with honey mustard) and the horchata shake which was truly amazing, refreshing will get again. Good amount of parking. We walked in and the place itself is dated. The place could use an update. But most people I saw were there for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The food was priced well. There has been some price increases since some of the other pictures that others have posted with prices. But over all still a good bang for your buck, compared to what you get at other places near by.

For the food I got the gyro with fries. It was packed with meat and the fries were hot and crispy. I forgot what my friend had, I believe a sandwich but he also had fries. We enjoyed our food very much and will be going back soon.“

I think we waited for an unreasonably long time until our meal was served but they must have been busy. I would go again!

“First time this has happened to me. It was only a minor mistake, they forgot to put the avocado I was charged for on my chicken sandwich. I was soo hungry it was almost gone by the time I realized the missing ingredient. Haha. However, I asked the lady behind the counter if I could simply have a small order of fries instead since the sandwich was almost finished. They quickly provided me with my request and it was handled very professionally and efficiently. Thank you!“
