If you could go a little bit heavier on the quinoa, that would be amazing. Your veggie burger is healthy and delicious. I usually get takeout and that process is usually very smooth and simple.“

“I understand mistakes happen. I usually eat at this restaurant once a week after my late shift around 2/3 a.m. I noticed the quality of food got really bad. My meal was simple—a single patty cheeseburger with nothing on it. The first mess-up was the fries—they were burnt. Then the second mess-up: a burnt burger. Like, crispy burnt. Then my last and final straw—they served me a moldy burger that I thought was flour. Even my friends saw it and agreed after I sent them a picture. I ended up in the hospital. I called the manager, and he didn’t even offer a refund—said I was lying. I told him I’d send proof, and then he said no and hung up in my face. Not only is the manager rude and disrespectful, he cares little for his kitchen’s mistakes—and it cost me a day in the hospital. Cost me the only day I have with my son. All because his chefs are lazy and don’t care what they serve.“

Everyone was super helpful. When the soda machine didn't have the flavor I wanted, they noticed and grabbed it for me from the back. Thank you for a great experience!“

“After posting a negative review about the service at this restaurant, they gave me a $50 gift card to go back and try again. Unbelievably, the service was even worse this time around. We were sitting on the patio with our dogs, and the server barely made any appearances. I could see her other tables were getting frustrated, and I believed her when she apologized, saying that she was busy with her inside tables. Clearly management has not adequately staffed this restaurant, and there was never a manager checking on tables on the patio during our prolonged visit. The restaurant was incredibly popular, and I witnessed them turning multiple people away who did not have reservations while we were waiting for our table. Maybe the inside tables get better service? One of the benefits of the restaurant, though, is being able to bring our dogs, so hopefully they will figure out how to staff the patio better in the future.“

“I had the food delivered via Uber Eats, a really good burger, the original double crispy burger, packaging was top notch, I also got the half and half onion rings and fries. Onion rings were perfect, the fries were decent enough, one improvement could be a seasoning option like Cajun. Very satisfied for what I got for the price considering how expensive everything is these days.“

“Had an excellent experience at The Melt thanks to Ani! She provided outstanding customer service — friendly, attentive, and very professional from start to finish.

We ordered the Swiss & Shroom, Mac Daddy, garlic parmesan fries, and a Cookies & Cream shake, and everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The burgers were flavorful, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the shake was amazing.

Ani made sure our order was accurate and checked in at the perfect times, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re visiting The Melt, ask for Ani — she truly elevates the experience!

“I had a great experience at this place thanks to Kenny and Rhythm. There was a bit of a mix-up about whether they accepted EBT, but they handled it really well. They listened to me and adjusted the pricing to make it more affordable without any backup or fuss. I really appreciated their positive attitudes throughout the process. It felt comfortable, and I didn’t feel talked down to at all.

In the end, I walked away with some truly delicious food. The whole vibe of the place had a nice camaraderie, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend checking them out! Thanks again“

“We attended the 20th annual Celebrate the Craft. It was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the event. The waitstaff at the bar was friendly and provided excellent service.“

“The top sections on the menu are 100% plant based, and the second half has meat options. It sounds like they used to be fully vegan, so it’s disappointing they added meat to the menu. I enjoyed the Munchwrap and the smash burger was pretty good. Next time I hope to try the flatbread—they currently have one plant based flatbread on the menu.“

“I went to Habit Burger on my birthday and had a pretty good experience overall. I got a free Charburger through their rewards program, which was a nice touch. The burger itself was really good—flavorful and satisfying. Personally, I found it a tad on the smaller side, but it was still filling. I’d just prefer if it were a little bigger, though that’s just preference.

We also ordered the sirloin burger, and that one was delicious—the bread was super airy and paired perfectly with the meat. The fries were a highlight too: really fresh, crisp, and flavorful, some of the best fries I’ve had from a chain.

But honestly, what surprised me most was the lemonade. They have dragonfruit and strawberry lemonade, and both are bursting with flavor—probably the best lemonade I’ve ever had at a burger chain. We got both, and you can’t go wrong with either one.

The only downside was the cashier. She came off a bit snappy and kind of rude, which wasn’t the best vibe. That said, I wouldn’t judge the whole service off of one experience—I’d like to think most of the staff aren’t like that.

I love the shawarma, my kids love the pizza, and all of the Mexican food on the menu I have tried is also delicious (enchiladas, gorditas, tacos). “Don’t let the name deceive you: just because this is technically fast food, it doesn’t mean the quality is similar to that of McDonald’s or Burger King. The food here is amazing and is not only filling but also pretty creative. For example, I had a chicken and waffle sandwich (probably my favorite thing here) that consisted of very thick vegan chicken patty, bacon, and maple aioli (somehow even better than it sounds) all squeezed between two waffles serving as the buns. I also had an order of onion rings with the house sauce and they were particularly great, especially with the sauce. They had a patty melt on special as well, which had two patties in it instead of just one, as well as a heap of caramelized onions, vegan cheese, and delicious sauce between thick slices of Texas toast; it was incredible and definitely something I would gladly order again if it was still a special. For dessert, I couldn’t decide between the horchata shake and the cookie butter shake, so I just ended up ordering both. I had the horchata shake first and it was good, but the cookie butter shake was phenomenal, and the fact that it was my second shake within a few minutes did not deter me due to how delicious it was. This location has a very nice outdoor seating area, and although I ordered my food to go, it’s a great place to eat in as well. If I get a chance to go back, I’d love to try their breakfast items, which all look just as good as the rest of their menu.“
