“I first tried Panini Kabob Grill through work, and I was hooked. The tofu is incredibly yummy. It is very citrus forward, which I love. I usually order the kabob plate, which comes with brown rice (the only vegan rice), avocado salad, tofu, and grilled vegetables. It is fairly inexpensive and very filling for the price. I have since taken friends, and they also enjoy both the food and the value. I believe there are other vegan options, but honestly I have no idea because I like the tofu so much that I will probably never order anything else. Updated from previous review on 2025-12-11“

“This was sooooo good! We come to La Jolla all the time and I don’t know why we didn’t eat at this restaurant sooner. We have walked by it a million times and finally tried it! The food was incredible- we had the chicken skewer platter and gyro fries. The chicken and meat were very good, the pilaf was delicious, salad, veggies, tzatziki and hummus too- all 10/10. Highly recommend this place, we also sat outside by the fire and it was super warm. Service was fast and the atmosphere was great, not too busy for Friday night. The prices are great for the portion of food you get.“

“Magical dining experience at the stunning Mediterranean Room in the La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla. Sitting on the dog friendly patio you can see a beautiful view of the ocean and downtown La Jolla. Caught some fantastic drinks on Happy Hour specials (3-6). Oysters were delicious. Entrees were Pork Shank Osso Bucio and Barramundi. Both excellent. Don't miss out on the Churros for dessert!
