“The food is better than I expected. This place has great healthy options. They have vegetarian choices. One of the spa workers recommended that we order our food online while we were outside enjoying the spa area because the food could take awhile during busy hours. We did that and that was very efficient. Order was easy to place. The ambiance in the cafe is pleasant with many seats available. We decided to eat at the balcony across from the Cafe that had a good overlooking view. The portions were small though. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars. The Chicken Sandwich looked the most filling out of our order.

“I have been a repeat customer for many years now. Years ago, the management suffered and was holding back a lot of potential from this restaurant, but it eventually was revamped, and the menu/food took off to become quite an amazing reflection of what you expect in a high end sushi restaurant. I used to enjoy sitting at the bar alone to enjoy the experience of small talk with the sushi chefs while they would occasionally hand me unique one offs that were very authentic to a Japanese cuisine. It kept me coming back as each visit varried from the last. Although covid crippled life for most everyone, they managed to maintain quality and once again fulfill the customer's expectations with excellent service and high-quality selections of fish and many sushi options for even the most picky eaters, I would say. “The service from Sophia at Peaks Restaurant was five stars. She was a kind and attentive waiter. The atmosphere is quiet, so having a good conversation at the table is not a problem at all. I arrived for the lunch menu and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich with a salad on the side. I ordered the steak sandwich, as Sophia had recommended, and asked to have it cooked rare. Both sandwiches were very delicious. The ingredients used were fresh. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Aerial Tramway.“

Like they should have a flavor of the week so there's more of a variety. Like if you come here regularly you get tired of the menu. Also I wish they had slices or samples of the bread.
