“Location: Diamond Bar Blvd, inside a quiet strip mall plaza (plenty of parking). South of Temple Ave and North of the 60 freeway off of diamond bar blvd exit.

Seating: Around 8-9 tables, good for small groups or solo diners.

‍ Service: Only one staff member working when I went, but she was friendly and attentive.

Hotpot Style: a little different from the other solo pot restaurant. Each person gets their own pot. You choose your meats & ingredients, then cook them yourself--no overcooked food, no broth boiling over. I liked this style a lot.

Overall: Chill weekday vibe, quiet atmosphere ( not sure if its a slow time or the area is naturally quiet) , and a solid 3.5-4 experience. Great spot if you enjoy solo hotpot without the rush.”

“This is the place we went to have a quick bite when we moved to Diamond Bar 8 years ago and then we found so many other places to eat and almost forgot this restaurant. Recently we visited this place again, the menu is same except price a little higher. The quality of food are same but now they gave you disposable chopsticks instead of re-usable ones in the past. Other than that, not much change, always busy but the waiting time is tolerable. I like this beef BBQ rib combo with seafood tofu soup and they are good. They don’t have steak knife but so provide a pair of scissors and a small pair of tongs so that you don’t have to eat BBQ beef with just chopsticks.”

“Indian food isn't normally at the top of my list of favorite foods, so when I do end up at an Indian restaurant, I would usually just get some naan and chicken tikka masala. This was so true at Diamond Palace Cuisine of India.

My Kiwanis club met here for our May monthly meeting. There's a separate banquet space available right next to the main restaurant should you need to host your next event -- which is where we held our meeting. Plenty of room with a stage and food serving area!

I got the garlic naan ($4), the roti ($3), and the chicken tikka masala ($20). If you get both the garlic naan and roti, make sure you eat the roti first as the garlic naan is more flavorful and would overpower any taste you'll get from the roti. Both taste excellent dipped in the chicken tikka masala! Of course, some white basmati rice comes with the entrée, so you have that pairing option as well. I sampled my friend's chicken korma, which was less spicy than the tikka masala and a good choice to pick for variety.

Service was great and parking was easy in the plaza. We all enjoyed the food and setting, so we're planning on meeting more often at Diamond Palace Cuisine of India!”

“We had Gamjatang and the seafood pancake, and the pancake was so good with a lot of actual seafood, and the gamjatang soup was just amazing! The flavor of the soup didn't feel artificial or sharp, and instead had a very deep but smooth flavor that I appreciated a ton. Me and my wife easily finished the meat in the gamjatang, and brought the soup back home to make fried rice and that also tasted amazing! Will be back again for more”

“came here and tried their minis. they were a little costly, but a nice occasional treat. i got the semi-sweet chocolate chunk, cookie dough, and blueberry muffin, which all looked like the picture. i think the warm cookies were the best, and the more recently they come out of the oven the better. service was great and friendly, store was clean.”

“I ordered from for the first time today and I must say that it was the greatest decision I made today! I ordered their Katsu sandwich and fries and it was delicious!

The bread was soft, the Katsu was crispy and full of flavor and most of all the coleslaw on the middle was sweet and tasty! The fries were the perfect side to it, they were cooked just right and they complimented the sandwich so well.

They also have a variety of drinks that can cater to everyone's tastes. Even though it ordered a coke today next time I will try the tea.

“My service organization regularly came to Silver Spoons' predecessor, so when we found out that Silver Spoons was open, we made the restaurant our next meeting location so we can try it out!

I usually order my go-to to test out a Thai restaurant, so I ordered the pork pad see ew ($14.95) and mild golden curry with chicken ($14.95). I would've ordered a fried rice, but the mild papaya salad ($13.95) caught my attention instead. Note that the dishes come with your choice of chicken, pork, or tofu included in the price, but if you want beef, it'll be an extra dollar, and for shrimp, an extra $2. What was surprising was that the curry doesn't come with white rice. You'd have to fork out an extra $2.50 for that. I thought everything tasted great, though both the papaya salad and pad see ew was a little heavy on the sauce.

My friend ordered mango sticky rice ($12.99) for dessert and I was surprised and happy they had that available (I went to another Thai restaurant during Christmas time and while they had the mango sticky rice on the menu, they said it was not in season so they weren't selling any). I took a few bites of it and enjoyed it -- not too sweet and not too heavy! Don't forget to check-in on Yelp for a free Thai tea.

“This is the first time I was able to try authentic northeastern Chinese breakfast in California, and it really satisfied my cravings. The food is just like it is back in China and very delicious. The menu is short and simple which is my favorite since that means they specialize in specific foods. Must try for some authentic and delicious Chinese breakfast! The staff are very friendly too.”

Salmon and tuna are the most dominant options and they carry some unique toppings. Kimchi, pickles, ika (squid) sansai salad and hot cheetos are just a few things on the bar you can add.

Finish off with their house sauce and you've got a nice quick lunch for about $15.

It's harder to justify paying $15 - $20 for quick service these days but when you feel taken care of and appreciated you best believe I will come back.

“My favorite local Vietnamese restaurant. I always get their number 18 pho which is brisket and well done flank. This place is the only place around me that serves amazing food while being very affordable. Service is always welcoming and room is always filled with happy customers.”

“I have been eating at Mandarin Taste since I was 4 years old. Since when they used to have to polaroid pictures taped to the wall where you waited for your seat. Since the shopping center was a thriving place for business.
I have been gone from the area for years now, but I came home over the summer and after a shopping trip at Brea Mall, I craved some Szechwan beef and nostalgia. Upon walking in, we noticed some small changes. The polaroid pictures are gone (mines was up there!) but everything else was exactly the same. Including the staff. They have of course aged as we all have, but I remember them in their younger years. We ordered all our old favorites. The pu-pu platter, chow mein, fried rice, and Szechwan beef. All of it tasted exactly the way it did the last time we had it. The consistency of this place is insane and much appreciated. The service was good too. I don't have any issues with Mandarin Taste and we always had great food and a good time here over so many years. Graduations, births, birthdays, and job promotions. All celebrated here. It made me sad to see the shopping center as desolate as it was. In the 80's and 90's, it was a busy place and again, many memories being there. I'm glad to see that Mandarin Taste has been able to remain and among so much change, they have been able to stay the same. Thanks for the memories. Please support this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.”

“This side dish shop is the best I've ever been to. It tastes more Korean than Korea, and the quality of the kimbap in particular is sky-high. Keto kimbap without rice is new and healthy. This place has become a place I must visit every time I pass by.”

“We ordered the spicy hummus, garlic fries, beef shawarma, babakenush?, and cauliflower. My friend saw the baclava and had to try it. So we started with desser. The pistachio was very crispy and chewy and was my friends favorite. The walnut was sweet and chewy which was my favorite. Everything was absolutely delicious! The spicy hummus had a little kick at the beginning but as we ate we didn't taste the kick anymore. The cauliflower is lightly fried and so freaking delicious! I ate it by itself or with some hummus. My friend ate it with the babakanush and some cauliflower sauce and was in love. I tried her babakanush. I don't like eggplant but this was really delicious! Had a lovely garlic flavor that was slightly addicting. The garlic fries was just fries sprinkled with garlic powder but dipped it in the hummus and it was good. The pitas were really good too. I could've eaten more if I wasn't so full. But the beef shawarma was freaking AMAZING!!!!! We both said this was the best Mediterranean food we've ever had. I said no tomatoes to my beef shawarma which I'm glad I did. The flavor was absolutely amazing without it. Definitely 10/10 no complaints at all. And service was awesome too! So kind, friendly, and funny. I can't wait to come back again!”

You are paying for high-grade, quality, and freshness that is hard to find, especially in this area. I tested them out with the few items that you see pictured here and I’m definitely going to use them for an upcoming dinner party. I really like having an option like this available in Diamond Bar. “Not too much space indoors to enjoy your drink, so our group took our drinks outside at the tables right by TP Tea to hang out.

You can order at the self order kiosk or with an employee. I got the TGY Family milk tea at 30% sugar and with less ice ($6.95). Mainly chose this because it comes with pudding, boba, and coffee jelly already included! Appreciate that they were fine with using my reusable tumbler for the drink! If you love the variety of toppings in your milk tea, this is the ideal drink to order! 30% sweet was the perfect amount of sweetness for me, though I do have to revisit the type of metal tumbler I bring as the tumbler keeps the ice intact, which blocks me getting to the toppings.

This Starbucks is located in target .The structure is a smaller one than the Starbucks we’ve been too.The young female employee was working by herself. She is a very hard worker, courteous and friendly. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls near the front entrance.

“my favorite noodle spot right now!!! i love tomato egg everything, their tomato egg hand pulled noodles are so good... especially on a rainy night like tonight. the tomato egg sauce is so silky smooth and balanced!! it's sweet, savory, tangy, and goes perfectly with the thick bouncy noodles. the noodles are so fresh (ive been told you can hear the slap of the noodles while theyre preparing them some days!!) and their flavor is so good, not starchy at all, just a perfect light flavor to carry the sauce. honestly havent tried anything else here but I would love to in the future... if you like tomato egg you NEEED to try this place!!
