“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“Fun frozen yogurt shop, with the *widest* array of toppings I've ever seen. Fun vibe, delicious flavors of frozen yogurt, friendly staff.It helped transform (in my kids' minds) a long museum visit we had just finished into a happy memory. A reasonable spoonful of sugar for the win!“

“Taiyaki is bomb and a great deal and I would give them 5 stars just for that. Usually just get the cheese. Service is also amazing, the shop owner is super sweet and once asked if I wanted a plastic bags to put all my things I was carrying. She won me over from that but we do frequent this place often just for the taiyaki. Bingsu is good on a hot day as well. Every time I'm at the mall my wife makes me come here to get taiyaki. Very simple and well made.“
“I brought my whole family to Cafe 86 and we had such a great experience! I love how spacious the café is, it made it really comfortable for a group visit. The menu is a perfect fusion of Filipino and American flavors, and everything just works so well together.
The customer service was fast and efficient, even with how busy it was. My absolute favorite dessert is the ube tres leches, so rich and flavorful! For drinks, I highly recommend the peach mango green tea, which is exclusive to Cafe 86 and definitely a must-try.
Overall, it’s a great spot to bring family and friends. We’ll definitely be coming back!“
“small cute shop but only two small tables to sit at,, they were really nice and recommended a lot of treats for us! we tried the tiramisu, mango roll, mango mochi, pomelo mango sago drink, almond cookies, and the variety custard pack! the family favorites were the almond cookies, sago drink, and mango roll!! so so good and yummy would definitely return for those :D“

“As a Vietnamese person, che is something that reminds you of childhood. Dont get me wrong though, there was no nostalgia in assessing how amazing the che’s were. My wife who is not Vietnamese also was incredibly happy.
We bought the special and the avocado Che. I literally couldn’t have been happier. We got it to go and they gave us ice with them to fill later. The ice is perfect size for the Che.
The palm sugar cake has great chewiness and is not too sweet, also for the price it can’t be beat. If you are into the chewiness of mochi, then this will be enjoyable for you as well!“

“I love supporting small businesses. It is the spot when I crave for cheese cake or need pick it up for potlucks and parties. I love the Japanese Iced cheesecake . It's light, not too sweet Percy texture and so delicious. They have the original , matcha , strawberry and Oreo flavors. You can either one flavor or a set of all 4.
The taro snowflakes is a must try, creamy taro sponge cake made with real taro.
This shop is clean, cutesy and is family owned and I was helped by the owner's mom, she's super nice lady, the owner makes all the cakes.
They take cash, Venmo and Zelle as payment options.“

“I happened to be driving by and saw this shop. I decided to try it out and pick up some doughnuts for the guys at the office. Not only were the doughnuts fresh, the service was great! The women were very patient, fast and friendly. I am glad I found this shop. Most doughnut shops are very pushy and make you feel rushed. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back!!“

“I was blown away with the way the ice cream was made fresh and rolled up. Needless to say the flavor is unmatched. Michael and Mikayla are friendly informative and really cool servers and I give them big shots out and wanna thank them both for being awesome to my granddaughter, my wife , and myself. Great job and like I said when I was in there if I liked it you'll never get rid of me so I'll be back by Wednesday you can take that to the bank. Have me a s'mores flavor ready. Lol.“

“We lived here for a few years and truly enjoyed our time. One of the things we appreciated most was the sense of community. Our neighbors were respectful, friendly, and we all kind of looked out for each other. Even in shared spaces like the laundry room, people were always considerate, which made a big difference in day-to-day living.
We originally chose this apartment because of the price and convenient location, and it definitely delivered on both. It was especially great being so close to work and school, which made our routine much easier.
At one point, we had a concern about possible rodents coming from the nearby trees during the colder months after noticing droppings near one of our cars. As soon as we reached out to the leasing office, they responded right away. They placed traps around the parking area and even gave us helpful tips to prevent the issue moving forward.
Overall, we had a very positive experience living here. If it weren’t for a job change requiring us to move, we would have happily stayed longer.“

“Satisfying and cooling desserts hit the spot at meet fresh. There is a huge variety to choose from that can be a little overwhelming, but there are pictures on the menu for clarification. The ordering stations sometimes take a while and load slow and orders can take a while to come out. However, once you do get your desserts, there really not much to go wrong. From grass jellies, shaved ice, drinks, egg waffles, etc. they are truly an emporium for Taiwanese desserts! My favorites are the iced grass jelly and red bean shaved ice.“
