“I don’t know how ‘hidden’ of a gem this is - but it is a gem. Such a unique place seeing as the only other one in the world is in London. Food is stellar and there are both British and American options on the menu. The display of motorcycles creates a fun atmosphere. There is a shop, barber, tattoo parlour, and display room for motorcycles as well as many other places to hang out here. Must visit if you are an auto or motorcycle enthusiast while in LA“

“From the outside, The Airliner looks like a dive bar serving standard dive bar fare. But make no mistake, Chef Vinh Nguyen has created a stunning menu of excellent, creative, and absolutely delicious food!

We had a tasting for my daughter's wedding, and we were served such terrific items as Green Chop Salad (spicy thair dressing), Hunan BBQ pork ribs, Green Curry Crispy Rice, onion noodles, and tater tots with Gochujang glaze.

I forgot to take pictures, but everything looked as great as it tasted.

The next time we are in LA, we look forward to going there for dinner, and we couldn't be happier that Chef Nguyen will be catering our daughter's wedding!“

Came here late friday, had delicious drink that, although served in one of those fashionable tiny glasses, actually took me 30+ min to drink because it was hot and spicy in the best way-you actually HAD to sip it. “This place is always packed, even on weeknights. It’s a testament to the beverages and service. Drinks menu rotates so there’s always something new and interesting to try. You can also always get a classic cocktail as well. Beer and wine are also served here. There is a regular food menu with larger portions from opening until about 9 or 10 pm when they switch to their late-night menu which consists of small plates to pick at. Theres plenty of heat lamps outside for when it’s cold you can still sit comfortably during the winter.“

“It's one of my favorite spots for a drink and tacos! The food is delicious. I have gotten the al pastor shrimp tacos, and my friend gets the short rib tacos. We love them! Love the ambiance, and the service is always great. Look forward to coming back every time. Street parking can be tough, but it's not a bad little walk if you have to park a bit further. “Been coming to this bar for quite a few years and there’s been a few changes here and there. Overall though, it’s a bar I still very much enjoy on my days off or right after work.

I love this bar in the morning when it just opens. Tbvh the BEST time to come. You get the special and get to enjoy their patio and the fresh air and plants. Love love loveee this place for that. Staff is really nice and attentive any time of the day.

Great selection of cocktails and beers and always served with chilled glasses. Atmosphere is hip and chill and great for conversations or being alone.

Food thoughhh hmmm Nawh I wouldn’t do it 😭 the fries yes. Idk since they changed their menu I’m not into it tbvh. Portions are too small for how pricy. Too many restaurants around to eat here, mainly a bar.
For this review I got the shrimp tacos. Felt like shrimp you would put in top of pasta not tacos. Didn’t enjoy them sadly. The sushi is oki from here if you are looking to eat here.“

“Raymond 1886 was a cute gem in Pasadena. The wait staff was excellent and even gave us free dessert for the birthday we were celebrating! The food was pretty good, but pricey. We ordered the ribeye and truffle pasta. The drinks were really delicious as well and they even make their own ice. The ambiance was nice, the patio had cute dim lighting which made us feel as if we were inside. It was fairly nosy outside, but we could all hear each other talk. Overall I recommend the Raymond for a nice date night“

This place has a Japanese cocktail bar aesthetic to it, heavy wood paneling, well made drinks, Japanese whiskeys. Keen and detail oriented eyes oversaw it's restructure....

I like the ambiance here, the drinks are reasonably priced for LA and kudos to the barkeeps for the evening, a woman with the best hips and a man with a chiseled jaw and a smirk slung well-made drinks. I'd come back.“
