“After trying the dan dan noodles at a vegan pop-up market today, I can not stop thinking about them! The noodles, the OmniPork, the crisp veggies. Amazing. My boyfriend had the spring rolls and really liked them. I am looking forward to trying the rest of the menu because the whole menu looks fantastic! The staff was super friendly, and the portions were generous. Who can complain about vegan Chinese food? I can not, as it is challenging to find and is one of my favorite cuisines. I will continue to support this local restaurant and recommend giving it a try!“

“We grabbed takeout last night for a party of three, and once again it was a great experience. I ordered the grande tostada—my absolute favorite—and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Even for takeout, the quality was excellent. “Not familiar with restaurants in this area we decided to give this place a try. It was a great lunch. We ordered the house vermicelli and the meatballs pho.
The meat of the vermicelli was tasty, and the veggies were fresh.
The pho had a good flavor.
The mango slushy was delicious.
We are planning on coming back, this time to try their stew that looks great.“

“It was very easy to find and parking on the street, right in front. There was parking in the back but we didn’t use it. We found them on google and were able to peruse their menu prior to arriving. We had the large salad that was made by them after filling out a small order form with what you would like. The proteins were extra. I had the large salad and added egg and chicken. The serving was plentiful and the protein addition was hearty (4 ounces my guess). Two large salads (3 proteins total and two soft drink cans—under $40). My husband needed a restroom and they did not have one for public use. That was a drag. He had to go down the street to find one. The place was relatively clean and there were about 5 booths to choose from. The music was a bit annoying. Staff was friendly!“

“I'm surprised I've never reviewed. Beef 'n Bun. First, it would be hard to find a better milkshake in the County, but they've always excelled in their burgers and fish (like another place I know 😉). Fries? I'm generally not a fan of crinkle cut fries, and theirs didn't do much to change that.
That aside, I was in the area and since I haven't had anything besides a banana shake in a few years, so I went in for a monster burger combo upgraded with a large banana shake. A quick note - I tried to get a banana shake in Vegas several weeks back. I've never seen so many blank stares in my life. Sad.
My shake came out first, as always. But I wasn't expecting a THREE PATTY cheeseburger. Surprise! It used to be a respectable 2-patty that I could finish and still breathe. Not this thing. It's obscene and decadent and meaty and cheesy. The onions, tomatoes and pickles don't stand a chance against the meat sunami. The bun is there to make it look like a burger, but don't expect it to hold up for long. You're on your own. Just don't accidentally bite your hand off. I think B&B did great by making the monster burger just that. I tried my best, but I ate too many of their FRIES. Curse them, these were cooked longer and had more salt than the old crinkle fries. I have no complaints. I would throw in a picture, but it's about 2/3 finished and gross like a meat-car crash with my face.
As for the banana shake, I just finished it - 90 minutes later. I'm so glad this place has been so good for so long.“

“Love, love, love El Cajon Bistro! It really is the best breakfast in town. Almost as if the North Park brunch scene found its way to east county, and I'm so happy it did. I always get a Benedict, the poached eggs are always perfect and the hollandaise is satisfying. The salsa that came with the breakfast potatoes was SO GOOD. I will be dreaming about it until I can have it again. My grandma and I always come here whenever I am in town. Highly recommend.“

“I have eaten here twice today. Lovely staff - very attentive. My dinner tonight was PHENOMENAL! I had the pasta with prawns. I'm pretty picky about what food I feel is truly satisfying flavor-wise, and that dish was SPOT ON. It has capers, which I'm not a fan of, but there are very few of them, and perhaps I'm warming up to them as long as they don't overpower the dish.

“This was a lovely restaurant I came to for my friend's birthday. Every guest seemed to like their dish. I ordered a club sandwich (no bacon, no tomatoes) with a side of fries but I was a bit disappointed when they brought it with bacon and tomatoes. They sent it back and corrected the order, and it ended up being pretty good and very filling. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that has a beautiful view on the pool area.“

“12/202025 found this Chinese restaurant on yelp In El Cajon California jut off the I 8 and hwy 67. Pn Broadway headed east.

First off the staff was professional and polite. Nice decore and restaurant was clean .
And there open from noon tell 9 pm.

I Stopped in to get some beef low main noodles .
They were very good . I usually get house low main. But I wanted to try the beef.
Very good worth getting and highly
Called the order in and it took 20 minutes witch was fine because I was in spring valley . Head back to Julian so I was able to stop on the way.
I wll be back and I do recommend this restaurant.
