It was our first time here with friends and family for breakfast, I must say enjoyed our meals which ranged from pancakes, waffles, musubi, sausages, bacon, wow! Delicious!

It is a different set up, than any other restaurant we've been to, you go up to the counter, place your order and then you find a seat. Similar to a fast food restaurants when ordering. Other restaurants we've been to gas a hostess to greet you, take the amount of people in your party then shows you to your seats. 😋“

“The place was empty, it is a small location but the food was delicious. The serving was great for the price. They have good selections of food. There is a 3% percent charge if you pay with a card so do keep that in mind if you go. There is plenty of parking so I recommend this place if you are near and craving Chinese food.“

Come a good day with the right servers and you’ll get your moneys worth. The portions are great, perfect ratio of protein to rice & sides.

“I LOVE coming here whenever I'm in the area! I got the spicy beef and some spam musubi along with a Thai tea. The spam musubi is to die for, I finished one so quick I was confused where it went ?

The spicy beef was so savory and tasted like home, and the Thai tea tastes legit. They have green tea too which l've had before and is perfect! Sweet but not too sweet.

The owners were super sweet and the ambience is so cute, very Hawaiian themed. I have no complaints at all!?️❤️“

“Delicious. No dine in available, but I recommend eating it asap. Chicken katsu curry, fried chicken, and the spam musubi were fantastic. The lady operating the register was very nice. Was about 20 minutes from time of order to pickup. 10/10 gonna go back. All the sauces were great too. Definitely give it a try if you're near by“

“Fish was fresh and flavors were great. Love that they separate the warm rice from the cold poke when you get it to go. The only thing I’d say is beware if you add cucumber: my poke container had a lot of liquid at the bottom from the cucumber salad, which created a bit of an unpleasant texture to the rest of the ingredients that were also at the bottom of the container. But overall, I really enjoyed it!“

“Was in the area and saw this poke spot was close. I stopped in and the food looked really fresh and there was plenty of people inside and it was only 11:30. I ordered the large with 5 scoops and it filled me up. If I’m back in the area I will definitely have to stop and eat again“

“A legit Hawaiian food spot, I haven't had a good garlic shrimp plate in CA until now (it reminds me of Giovanni's shrimps). Also, I tried their crunchy Gojujang fried chicken and beef ribs and they were delicious. I would definitely recommend these dishes as a first timer here and wash it down with Dole pineapple slushy.“

“Super generous portions, friendly employees, and a tasty, customizable - what’s not to like? Stopped by here for a casual early dinner while in Old Town, and there was only one group ahead of ahead so ordering was quick. The medium size here could easily be a large at another place. The fish was fresh and I appreciated avocado being an included topping. There’s a good amount of indoor seating. Credit cards accepted. They have other options like Korean dishes if you’re not looking for poke. Self-service water.“

“My experience with the Pokeball was great the only thing that was missing was Ginger for my salad I didn't ask for any but I would have assumed that they would give me at least one to two small packages to go.

Service West okay did they didn't acknowledge me as soon as I got in but it looked like they were a bit busy my visit was about 15 minutes and I took my food to go.

“Awesome first experience! The traffic on Eastern had me turn into this food court. I've been to the green olive but decided for the Benton box at Poki N Roll. The tempura was lightly breaded and crispy. The portion of chicken and rice was very generous and I liked that the chop the chicken. Paola was very warm and welcoming. Thank you so much to the BOH and FOH for the great food and service. I'll be back to try other menu items.“

“I came here during a week day, I accidentally dropped my home lunch 😅 so I walked it to this place nearby the job. The cashier girl was polite, I ordered a spam musubi and Katsu bowl. I was surprised at how cheap it was for a Hawaiian food place and the food was delicious. I loved how the katsu chicken was crispy and well cooked. I’d definitely come back.“

“I was visiting with my Mom the other day, and we were looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat. I am very glad we stopped here! They have a lot of choices, and we both ordered the mixed Hawaiian BBQ meals. It arrived in a disposable container, and it was full to the brim with meat, rice, macaroni salad, and vegetables. So delicious, and enough for both of us to take home for dinner. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are very generous, and most of all, delicious!“

“These people are so nice and have been doing this for so long. They know how to make good food. They gave me so much I couldn’t even finish it haha!

The price for one plate made 2 meals that I had to take the rest home. Affordable, sweet people, and good food. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend and will be back :)“

Definitely coming here for my poke even though I live 20 mins away. Very nice people and generous. That’s how you get the people to come back. “I’ve been to other Ohana’s it’s always been a good meal, this place isn’t any different.I just had 4 spam musubi’s and 2 chicken musubi’s. All were delicious and filling for the lunch hour. I weil suggest “easy rice” for less rice and the chicken/spam were cooked/sauced perfectly.I’d definitely come back and try their other menu items.“

“I've been coming here for years to get my Hawaiian food fix.

All the dishes are yummy, but my favorites are the beef plate (comes with beef, rice, and Mac salad) and the masubi.

Service was quick. Waited about 10-15 min for fresh food made to order so it's not lying around in food warmers.

I didn't eat here because I usually take my food to go, but the dining area is pretty spacious with lots of seating.“

“Me and my wife moved to La Habra over 9 years ago and we found Hi barbecue shortly after we moved there it is our favorite place to get chicken teriyaki with vegetables the best we've ever had the staff is kind and friendly and they always make sure your order is “

“I dont know why this place isn’t packed! I came and got the Small with 2 protein. Double Shrimp brown rice and spring mix cucumber pineapple kale edamame and cilantro spicy mayo and sweet chilli sauce and it’s straight perfection! I added avocado and all the nuts toppings and its super refreshing crisp and fresh! Best part is you feel good after eating this amazing food! I’ll definitely be coming back for more!“

“If you plan on wanting to eat at home, definitely order ahead..Wait for Pupusas is usually about 20 minutes. The people there are very nice, they have reasonable prices, and I feel like they are consistent with the quality of their food( at least for the last 5 years that I've been going).. my go tos are usually Pupusas de queso con jalapeño and bean and cheese, oh and the loroco ones. Plus an order of yucca frita with chicharron.“

“This place is very delicious. I received the Lemon Pepper Tilapia. Prices are very reasonable. Customer Service was great! The only thing I disliked was the Sriracha provided. They had the original roster Sriracha on display but we were given the cheap Vinagre knock off.I will definitely be returning and becoming a regular.“
