Those biscuits put them on the MAP! I had lost faith in biscuits & gravy in this city. I have been let down time and time again because it was so weak. “It has really warm and comforting things to enjoy inside The Original Pancake House in Redondo Beach where I visited with someone. The place feels really lively and welcoming there in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot. The pancakes and other foods that I ordered, like the fluffy stacks that looked almost cartoonish, didn’t cost anything extra beyond the menu price at all. By my surprise, the food looked completely picture‑perfect and fun even though it was just breakfast, which makes it perfect for teenagers who love taking photos of their meals. It is a new restaurant to me but I didn’t realize how much there was to enjoy there until I sat down inside. I really appreciated how easy it was to have fun eating there without feeling rushed. I never doubted that the experience was going to turn out the way I hoped it would. I only visited The Original Pancake House in Redondo Beach one time in my life before I made this review. It was one of the most enjoyable and comforting breakfast places I’ve been to in a long time, and I would highly recommend that even teenagers go there because it gives them a place to enjoy good food, take pictures, and feel relaxed. I saw a lot of other teenagers there during my visit, and it made the whole place feel even more teen‑friendly and inviting.“

The menu is vast and goes from breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, fish and chips, the famous meatloaf and so much more to choose from. They are baking their own muffins and scones in house which are outstanding. The atmosphere is relaxed like a nice country cafe and it is very inviting where you want to sit a while and talk enjoying some of their great coffee. Misto is a well known institution in the area and folks on this side of the hill love this spot with good reason.“

“I Googled good affordable breakfast sandwich near me and found this great little Mom & Pop place. In a sea of overpriced & underwhelming food, it's nice to see good food for a good price. I got a simple, but yummy breakfast sandwich, and spent under $8.00. Busy & friendly place. It's located in the courtyard of an office building, where you enter from the alley. “Went here for breakfast recently and the food was good and the service was prompt. But what really impressed me was I used the restroom and the soap dispenser was empty. I informed the manager and he not only refilled the soap dispenser but brought over to the table a big bottle of hand sanitizer for my hands which was truly impressive. “Whenever we are even close to Downtown LA and staying in a hotel for a night or more, we have IHop delivered. It is just the best.

We have eaten at this one more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

This time we had it delivered and it was, as always so good. They pack it all in such a way there is no way it can get ruined or food mixed with other food. The delivery is fast and I have never had an issue, not once.

This time we had burgers, which were so good with bacon and cheese. My grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich with French fries and he loved it. I am the huge pancake lover in the family so I had their big breakfast that comes with the best, most fluffy and perfect pancakes along with hash browns and bacon, ham and sausage. It was all great and I saved the meat for our dogs who were waiting for us to get home (we were at a hotel nearby).

It is just the best and the prices are so fair. You will pay much more for some fancy place, but their pancakes won't be as good.
