“Amazing experience at Cold Stone Creamery!
I had such a great experience here and wanted to give the team a well-deserved review. One of the things I really appreciate is that they stay open late. I came in around 1 AM, and it was honestly so convenient to have a place where I could still get something sweet that late at night.
Even though it was very late, the workers were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They didn’t make me feel rushed at all, and they were happy to help me choose what I wanted. Their customer service was genuinely appreciated, especially at that hour.
I also want to mention how clean the store was. Everything looked well-maintained and organized, which made the experience even better. It’s nice to see employees keeping the place clean while still providing good customer service.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Great ice cream, helpful employees, a clean environment, and being open late is a huge plus. “Marsha was incredible. We were looking for someone who could provide all the dessert for our wedding, bring us something other than a traditional wedding cake experience, and also bring some extra flair to our big day. Marsha did all that and more. Our cake table was decorated so beautifully! She made the most delicious cupcakes of all different flavors for our guests to enjoy. She even made an ADORABLE cake topper for us that everyone raved about. In addition, Marsha made us a gorgeous, delicious, moist 3 layer cake , and she even was able to bring a ROLLED ICE cart too! People could not get over how cool it was to have rolled ice cream at our wedding, especially because Marsha had extra cupcakes to put in with the ice cream. She was so collaborative, easy to work with, and fun. Everything we asked her to do, she accommodate, often gently giving her sage advice along the way. We could not possibly recommend Marsha any higher than we do. She is absolutely incredible and soooo many people raved about their experience with her at our wedding. 10/10 for everything!!“

“RUN to it. The Senorita bread is every bit worth of hype. It did not look like much from the outside perspective but honestly no perfect words to describe the texture, just yumm!!! we lucked out with fresh ones. It was hot, moist, chewy with a little bit of a sticky sweet glaze on the bottom. They are small and I could easily eat 5 to myself. Also lucked out with other discounted donuts/bitso’s because we came close to closing time… for that reason they did seem a little dry but I really liked the flavor of the maple twist.

“We get a cake at least once a year here. We were celebrating a graduation in our family and ordered a small round cake that was the same flavor as our wedding cake. Marble cake, butter cream filling with chocolate chips, butter cream icing.

Floweres and icing were the color of the school. Little deploma was a nice unexpected touch.

You usually pay over the phone when you order so pickup is easy and quick.

In our exchange, I saw all the beautiful sweets and goodies she makes and she was so generous as to send me a cake to try! Even though it came from all the across the US, her bundt cake was so soft, and so moist, and the flavor was just so right, that the cake didn't survive the photo I planned to take of it, because by then it had been eaten lol. “The goal was to look for a nice cake at a good price since the cake wasn’t going to be the center of attention. I showed Joanie some examples of some cakes I thought were beautiful but I was sure it would be too expensive to do. She helped me alter the design we picked just a little bit to stay on budget and let me tell you, this cake was PERFECT. We even placed it next to the champagne tower to display it for all to see. Not only did it look pretty but it also just tasted delicious. While the cake was meant to be an area we were trying to save money and keep our expectation low, it turned out completely opposite and we ended up with an absolutely beautiful cake at an incredible price. Thank you!! My only regret is not getting to eat more!“

“They say it used to exist in Korea, but is now almost gone. The ice cream is mixed once on a cold stone plate and then served. There are two flavors to choose from in the large size, and you can mix them or serve them separately. Chocolate was better than vanilla.“
