“This was my first time in Rinaldi's and I was impressed. I love a small, delicious deli and this fit the bill. This would be the perfect place to grab a sammie to take along on a flight outta' LAX. Roast beef was fresh as the the soft French roll. Customer service was great and the bathroom was clean. I will definitely be back when in the area.“

That’s a “me” problem. But I was surprised it was 20 minutes for my one order. A bit overpriced for the basic format of the restaurant. Tasty food and the manager appeared to have a friendly relationship with a regular that came in which is normally a good sign.“

We sat closest to shaded back area under the trees. The debris from the trees were all over the table and seating area. The hostess asked if we wanted it wiped down. Of course we said yes, but it shouldn't have been an option for patrons to decide. I'm not blaming the cafe for what trees do, I would assumed some sort of constant checking in to keep area clean from debris of the tree. Definitely will be back.“

“I cannot say enough of the five star service Ernesto provided. We were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was 10 mins late, then 15 mins late. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to inquire but he was not helpful at all. Just said he will be there. I expressed my concern that we had an international flight to catch. I was so frustrated by this front desk man's customer service I told my husband we should call an Uber. Meanwhile we already paid for the hotel shuttle. Ernesto overheard my frustration. Called the bus to find out it wouldn't be coming there was an issue. He refunded us for our shuttle we paid for and also paid for our Uber. It was Four Seasons customer service, over and beyond exceeded our expectations! You should be so lucky to have a person like Ernesto. The other gentleman needs to go back to learning customer service skills and hospitality! Go Ernesto!“
