“This place was slammed with take-out orders when we arrived. We ate in and had to clean our own tables (which was fine) because they were so short staffed. I really felt for the workers. The food, as always, was amazing. I wanted to order something other than the Cali Tempeh bowl, but I love it so much, I can’t pass it up. The bowl had more kale than the other 2 locations, but I guess the audience differs from town to town. Still amazing and the staff is super nice and made it a happy place to dine. One can tell the chef cares about the fish and knows traditional technique. The kitchen side needs a little tightening up — I ordered curry rice and received curry noodles instead. Not a big deal, but not ideal when specifics are missed. Still, the sushi quality easily outweighs the small slip. The LAX roll was great as well. “This was my first time in Rinaldi's and I was impressed. I love a small, delicious deli and this fit the bill. This would be the perfect place to grab a sammie to take along on a flight outta' LAX. Roast beef was fresh as the the soft French roll. Customer service was great and the bathroom was clean. I will definitely be back when in the area.“

“Fantastic! Very lovely people own and work in this outstanding bakery. Everything is utterly delicious. They do sell out by about 2:30 though. It’s reasonably priced too. My only gripe is that the payment machine-thingie doesn’t an option for tips so you have to leave a cash tip.“

“Food was better than expected. We tried their grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and everything was good! Even their drinks! Bathrooms were clean, environment was nice. Person helping/manager? In the front, didn’t seem happy, but I imagine when it gets busy, folks are focused and not as friendly. I wish we had a Habit in Houston.“

“The positives: The staff was very nice. The food was cooked up quickly and incredibly delicious. The pricing is fair for being in Cali and the amount you get. The negative: I truly hate when any business has news going on the tv. I don’t care what side you’re on but I don’t want to walk in and see Fox, CNN, MSNBC, etc on. If I would have seen that Fox was on before I ordered I would have turned around and brought my business elsewhere. Businesses are there to provide business, not to be politically devisive.“

That’s a “me” problem. But I was surprised it was 20 minutes for my one order. A bit overpriced for the basic format of the restaurant. Tasty food and the manager appeared to have a friendly relationship with a regular that came in which is normally a good sign.“

“I cannot say enough of the five star service Ernesto provided. We were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was 10 mins late, then 15 mins late. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to inquire but he was not helpful at all. Just said he will be there. I expressed my concern that we had an international flight to catch. I was so frustrated by this front desk man's customer service I told my husband we should call an Uber. Meanwhile we already paid for the hotel shuttle. Ernesto overheard my frustration. Called the bus to find out it wouldn't be coming there was an issue. He refunded us for our shuttle we paid for and also paid for our Uber. It was Four Seasons customer service, over and beyond exceeded our expectations! You should be so lucky to have a person like Ernesto. The other gentleman needs to go back to learning customer service skills and hospitality! Go Ernesto!“
