“The food here is really good. That is why I keep coming back. The only bad taste I have has to do with the two times I placed an order online. The first time I was told they would text me when my order is ready, but I never received a text. I found out my order was ready by going and checking. My order was on the side counter...for how long who knows. The second time I placed an order in around 4:31p. I went around 4:45p to check and there was gentleman placing and paying for an order. My order they said it is not ready and that they would text me. I didn't get a text so I checked around 4:59p, but they said it is not ready yet. Now we found that they didn't even have mybcell number so I gave it to them. Now around 5:09p the gentleman who.placed his order almost 15 minutes after mine got a text that his order was ready and then a few seconds later I got mine.“

“Came here for late lunch with my family and had a good experience. There were hardly any people dining in and most people were getting takeout. We ordered with the cashier and then they brought out our food in about 15 mins. We got some sliders, tenders, and the tender salad. The chicken was good and juicy, and the signature sauce was also tasty. I also appreciated that they had the condiments and utensils out so we could grab what we needed without having to ask for it.

Service was alright, nothing impressive but not terrible. Plenty of parking available since it's located in a plaza with different stores like Walmart. The restroom was clean but was out of toilet paper so we had to take it from the other restroom.“

“I had a great experience at this KFC! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The service was quick, and everything was fresh and hot. The manager, Maryam, was amazing very professional and made sure everyone was taken care of. You can tell she really cares about her customers and her team. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Honestly a hidden gem that we discovered a week ago. Been back already with a bigger group and it was just as good. Probably the best Chinese restaurant in sac at this point. Their duck has amazing flavor and crispy skin, the house noodles tastes fresh with a great texture and the salt baked chicken is great too with the ginger scallion sauce. They have a few really good off menu dishes too that we all enjoyed. The staff is incredibly sweet and attentive and the place is clean and comfortable. We will be back soon with more family and friends.“

“The wait at Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken on Mack Road (approximately 10-15 minutes) is a worthwhile commitment, ensuring the food arrives steaming hot as it is prepared fresh upon order. The fried chicken is the standout, featuring a perfectly executed, lightly battered crust that is wonderfully crispy and less salty than expected, highlighting the quality of the meat.

Conversely, the gumbo is a letdown; it lacks the depth and numerous ingredients required for an authentic Louisiana preparation. It is important for guests to remember this is strictly a to-go restaurant with no dine-in service, but it does offer the convenience of plenty of free parking. Despite the disappointing gumbo, the excellent fried chicken makes this spot a highly recommended visit.

I give it 4.5 stars and round it to 5.“

“Had a coupon and YES, there are Good Values still available. My wife and I picked up (to-go) enough chicken for two (two thighs and two legs), two sides, two salads, two churros, four tortillas and plenty of (fresh-made) sauces. It's great tasting food and we left our dinner table feeling good unlike after eating something fried or even a burger. We WILL be back.“

“Today my husband and I decided to go to the drive thru. Our service name on the receipt was Regina A oriental young lady. There were about 5 cars in drive thru and she took our order in a timely manner and did repeat herself. We were asking about the griller box which is popular and she said mix. She seem overwhelmed cause she was doing multiple things. Regina you are awesome and thank you“

“This location has the best fried chicken in the area. The food is always fresh and hot and crispy. Sometimes they run daily specials. As I’ve heard the staff say before “ we have whole foods quality with Walmart prices” this location really does have the lowest pricing. You can’t get a Freshly made chicken sandwich for 4.99 anywhere else.“

“The lemon pepper chicken tenders were SOO GOOD. My fries were a lil too salty and a lil soggy. But that’s okay, maybe the straight cut fries are better. I asked for mango habanero on the side but it tastes a lil too vinegary(?). Not the best but not the worst. Overall the chicken was the best and the fries are meh.“

“I went on two separate occasions and the chicken tenders were Krunchy, the potato wedges were fresh, and the biscuits were fluffy!
The women cooking the food is very nice and seems to take a lot of pride in making sure the food is consistently good!“

“To tell everyone the truth about how I really hate chicken. Chicken is my last protein that I would ever eat. But Jollibee is the only chicken that I will eat. But be careful when you order the spicy chicken. The top of my head sweats when I eat real spicy food. But I couldn’t resist the flavor of the fried chicken. Chicken and brown gravy combination is the best way to eat fried chicken. Oh and don’t forget the peach/ mango pie that bugga is so ono. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. That’s my rating for delicious fried chicken.“

“Chicken seemed a little dry and cooked too long. Believe I was getting the leftovers of the day. The coleslaw ain't as juicy as KFC but who's is. All in all it was a decent meal. A little spendy but when you want fast food you gotta pay anymore“

“I’ve never really liked kfc much but we stopped here because we needed to eat. I wish I had gotten their names, but the guy at the drive thru window today (8/25/25) at about 2:30pm was very kind and made us feel welcomed. Then we had to run in and use the bathroom. The guy who gave us the code (I think he was on register but I’m not sure) also was very nice, and as we were leaving we saw him walking out to hand a woman outside some ice water. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service we were met with, especially as a fast food worker myself who has experienced not such great service at other places. I understand how draining it can be because many people take fast food workers for granted and forget we’re people too, but commend these men for keeping such a kind demeanor! Never forget that there are absolutely people out there who truly do appreciate the work you put in, and you guys are important! Thank you! :)“

Stopped by this KFC and was really impressed. The customer service was friendly and quick everyone seemed like they actually cared about getting orders right. My food came out fast, piping hot, and fresh like it just came out of the fryer. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the place was clean too. Definitely one of the better KFC locations around!“

“They are very friendly here, however I usually say the strips (the only thing chicken I usually get from Popeyes) at this location aren’t as tasty. I recently seen that this location is a certified training location! So it makes sense to me if the taste was a little off. Not trying to take away from this restaurant though I’m just very picky- I like to go where I know. I get everything else from them here though. Great job guys.“
