Starbucks in Encinitas

“I went there today and ordered a matcha latte and i forgot to mentioned oatmilk cause im lactose intolerance,so i told Jack that i made a mistake and he was very nice and made me anither matcha latte with oatmilk and he even apoligize that he should have asked me,what a nice guy.his very professional and nice about it,last time i was there i made anither mistake and the lady,shes a the heavy set lady she yelled at me and told me that she will charge me and i can take the other one either i can throw it away or give it to sone one else,she was veryrude,not likè Jack best customer service.“

“Great coffee, great service. Bought a gift card on Christmas Eve for our grandson. Barista was cool, calm, and efficient… and very nice. Beautiful smile. Store windows and interior decor were a bit stark. Only one sign in window, hand written. See pic.“

“Super slow. They were swamped. The staff kept running to the back because all their supplies were running out. One woman with bright red hair was just washing the plexiglass screens and not helping otherwise. I added 2 stars to my review because one of the staff gave me a gift card for $4 off my next drink for the inconvenience.“

“Great and fast store. Drive-thru is busy but the indoors is quick. Nick and Kenzie hooked it up this am! I had a large office order of about 15 drinks and probably seven food items, and they knocked it all out and probably less than 10 minutes. 🙌🏻“

“As of right now, one of the Starbucks that keep offering the services they used to before the "change." They still having tables inside and outside and not one but two restrooms available. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting and definitely what you wait for when you visit a Starbucks.“
