The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the quality of the food is on par with some of the best spots I’ve visited in the city. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. Chef Jay is an absolute gem—friendly, passionate, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. We had some great conversations, and his positive energy shines through in both his hospitality and his food. “I was hungry and ordered three things (dinner for 2, salmon nigiri, dragon roll). Waitress said I may not want to order so much because the portions were large. I thought it would be like other asian.places - small portions, so I kept my order the same. Yikes! She was right. Soooo much food! Everything was hot, fresh and exceptionally tastey. Steamed rice was served in a thermal serving container to keep it hot. I couldn't finish - had to take most of the food home. Great place! I highly recommend!“
