“I was going to a concert at a theatre at the Escondido Center tor the Arts last night. I decided to have an early dinner since I was driving from the coast. I had just been to the Brigantine in Imperial beach for lunch a few weeks prior, and was reminded how much I liked their fish Taco plate ! So once I discovered there was a Brig in Escondido I was prepared to order the same thing I had at lunch in IB. Then I looked at the dinner menu on line and discovered it was not on the menu 😩 but I mentioned it to the server - and she said “ I can get that for you” I even ordered the spicy passionfruit margarita too! I was so happy! The Brigantine in Del Mar has always been a fave- at the bar- and outside of racing/county fair season and on shelter Island- and it's great atmosphere and food make it a great place to eat!“

“Excellent tacos, and a plentiful number of vegetarian options, some of the most flavorful tacos I've had. Each taco is about 5$ and 2-3 is typically enough for one person.
Ample indoor and outdoor seating and quick service, very glad I found this place, and can't wait to go back.“

“I was there for an event the other night. I let the staff at the front know that I was vegan in case I should have to order something different from the set menu. But they were so kind and accommodating, they made me my very own veggie platter. Everything was so delicious too! I will definitely be back for dinner. Restaurants that go above and beyond like this definitely leave an impression on me. Thank you for they delicious veggie platter and kind service.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu. The Hummus is a must! Very creamy and delicious.“

“This is my FAVORITE Mexican food in all of North County. The food is AMAZING, horchata is amazing, the employees are really kind and I appreciate that they are following COVID guidelines not letting anyone inside...food is either ordered to go or there are a few tables outside you can sit at. Definitely recommend ❤️“

“We celebrated a birthday dinner at Chin's and had a wonderful experience. The wait staff was very attentive, patient, and adaptable to our young family needs. The owner stopped by a spent time with us. The food was exceptional, too, as has always been the case here. The menu has a high range of choices. We highly recommend this place.“

“First time coming here tonight with my husband after living here for four years now.... Such a great place to eat along with authentic food and Mexican mariachi band playing. Service was excellent and food was prompt, delicious and awesome!!! Love how they all work together as a team to inside excellent customer service!!!! Not to mention the 21+ drinks!!! Amazing!!! I drank the blue dream!!!“

“Service was excellent. I came with my son we’d gone to another bbq place but felt ignored and lost even when it was early here we were attended to got to choose more meats at a time than the other place which allowed us to eat as we pleased. The very polite young lady serving our table was Amazing. Overall awesome experience and great food!“

“Primera vez plató estaba rico pero duraron mucho mucho tiempo 😏segunda vez lo pedimos para recojer y estaban bien quemados nomas tirados en la caja y decidimos quedarnos a comer y pedimos otro plato igual y mucha mejor presentación pero duran mucho tiempo pienso que deberían tener mas personal y ser más atentos“
