“won’t be coming back to this bubble tea shop. There was no greeting when I walked in. I ordered two drinks and a piece of cake, and they didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. After waiting six minutes, they had only made one drink. They had to remake the order to get the second drink done, and still didn’t provide a receipt. Maybe they misheard my order, but if they had given me a receipt, I would have noticed right away.

I didn’t leave a tip—first, because there was no customer service attitude, and second, because my order was to-go. Even when they messed up the order, I didn’t receive a single apology. When my order was ready, they just set it on the counter and mumbled something without caring whether I heard it. When I left, there was still no greeting, just two girls behind the counter whispering while looking at me.“

“I hope this one sticks! This location has had a lot of turnover in the past few years and so far Capy Cafe seems to be a winner! I am so happy to finally have a coffee/matcha cafe that is open at 7 am. Can't wait for their full menu to come out.

In the meantime, I have tried their sea salt coffee and capy matcha. The sea salt coffee jolted me awake this morning after another night of terrible sleep! Just what I needed on a Monday morning :) The sea salt coffee is Vietnamese coffee with a sea salt foam. Both the sea salt coffee and capy matcha were not too sweet.

I also visited Capy Cafe this past Saturday and the line was out the door but they got through the line quickly and the orders out efficiently. Everyone was so friendly and it seemed like the rush of customers fueled the team working.

“Definitely one of the best Boba locations i have been to. The place is clean and hold a very chill vibe. There are many games to choose from but could be updated. The worker Kyia gave good suggestions and was extremely friendly. She went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my order. The tea is very refreshing and feel healthy. The bobba was filled of great flavor. I will be coming back often.“

I went in today to order a gift card. They let me know they only do digital gc's if I follow on Instagram and send a DM. I did that and never heard a response back. I tried a DM, and inquiry and even a website message but no response. There is no phone # to contact anyone. If they're gonna recommend media and digital inquiries then they need to have someone responding. Sorry and thank you.“

“Ive been coming here since the owners had it as a Quickly, I miss the huge cup sizes they had lol. I dont go as often since I moved away, but whenever im in the area i stop in. Really lovely place to read, study or chill with friends (the beware its a guarantee you'll buy more snacks cause their food is always so yummy). All the staff are great, and they usually play music. I love when its kpop or jpop, but sometimes theres lofi, or cdrama ost playing too. Also I often get delivery from them (despite the far away fee) because this is one of the few places that dont add extra ice to their delivery teas, and their food always tastes just as good as when I walk in. I do wish they had more unsweet options for their teas, but some of their teas do go as low as 50% sweetness. I just hope they bring back a rose tea option, it was my favorite tea when I first started coming here.“

“Located inside the Koreana Plaza (KP) food court is Teddy Boba.

They have a wide selection of matcha drinks and fruit drinks. The quality of the boba was surprisingly good. They are known for the fruit/matcha combo drink selections.

I unwisely chose a matcha jasmine tea drink, and it was a bit underwhelming. Again, the boba was good- but the matcha wasn't. Maybe I should have chosen the recommended mango matcha...

Also the sweet level is on the low side- I usually go for 25%, but I recommend 50% or 75%. Anyways, not a bad place if you really need the midday boost. Enjoy!“

“I have come here a few times now and it has become one of my favorite boba places. It’s open late which is perfect because I’m kind of a night owl and milk tea is more fun late at night anyways. I always get their tiger milk tea at 75% sweetness with sea salt cold foam and coffee jelly and it is always so good! Today I tried their fish tacos which are also really good. It seems to be the owner by himself most of the time so it can take a bit for your order to come out so just plan ahead. They are a small business so it’s not going to be a Starbucks wait time.“

The location is not big , but has pretty much decent capacity for customers who are willing to dine in. Yes ! A big applaud for their cleanliness, and hygiene work, and they do take care of their customers’ health by keeping everything clean, also this place is well decorated as well. They offer different types of services dining in, to go , and delivery which like most other food chain restaurants or regular coffee shops. In addition, the prices are pretty much decent for the different types of drinks you order, also California is getting expensive, so nothing is cheap anymore. One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. My experience was good , and I got my favorite drink with extra ingredients, also they do listen to customers concerns, and take care of them, so I will definitely return, and will definitely recommend.
