“Cool Boba Shop! So, I didn’t know that not all Ding Tea locations have the same drink flavors. Most of the drinks are the same, but each location has a drink or drinks of their own. At least that’s what the cashier said when they didn’t have a drink I usually order at other locations.Nice clean place. Seating inside and out available. You can also order through a touch screen if you want! Excellent touch!Staff is friendly and patient, it took me a little bit to find my drink lol.“

“Had a craving for coffee after walking by the beach so I googled spots nearby. With so many options (never Starbucks) I saw this one had a pretty fair amount of good reviews. It’s pretty small, not a lot of seating, but you’re by the beach so not really a priority.
I took a look at the specialty menu and I have to say, nothing too crazy. I settled in the cherries and cream latte. I didn’t really taste anything special. The coffee itself wasn’t bad, just didn’t stand out“

I've gotten different dishes here, including the ham and cheese croissant (my kids' favorite), the sausage croissant sandwich husband's favorite), breakfast burrito, carnitas torta, and most recently, the pollo milanese torta, and all have been delicious. The breakfast burrito, although smaller than the one served at John's Place, is filled with meat, not potatoes, and is less expensive. My two favorites are their carnitas torta and pollo milanese torta, which are large enough to share or you can save the other half for another meal.

Regarding the customer service, Mari, who is such a ray of sunshine, remembers frequent customers' orders. However, all the staff I've interacted with have been accommodating and efficient.“

“Wall Writers is a hidden gem in Irvine with a modern, cozy vibe and plenty of seating. The menu goes beyond the basics with unique drinks like ube lattes, pandan matcha, and pistachio lattes. We were on our walk yesterday, Wednesday around 2 pm. No vehicles on the drive thru yet, so we just walked up to the window.

I got the Caramel Granita with oat-milk, it is like medium sweet drink, nice and refreshing.

The girl at the window was so patient, great suggestions, excellent customer service.

Will have to come by more often!“

“One of the better coffee places in all of Southern California. Vietnamese code is their specialty and it’s a fantastic bean origin for delicious coffee drinks of all types. I normally get the hot Spanish Latte or an iced Americano, both of which I would highly recommend to anyone.“

“I’m surprised nobody talks about the quality of the coffee here. Of course the atmosphere feels like home and a place you can just exist at for a few hours, of course the location is great, of course the staff is friendly. That’s obvious, but the coffee is top tier. Way better than it has a right to be considering how damned honey it is. And they don’t even brag about it. Here they are this perfect little coffee shop quietly serving the best iced Spanish latte in Orange County and I’ve tried them all.

Unfortunately they’re slightly out of my way and I work nights so I don’t get them often and I don’t have a picture, but this is the coffee I tell stories about, the coffee that I literally write home about, the coffee that I dream of when I choke down another bitter espresso from Starbucks or another sugary barely coffee from Dutch.

“CUP offers a great patio seating area and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s quite busy on a Saturday morning, but the environment is still enjoyable. There’s ample space for kids and dogs to run around. The food selection is limited, but the items they offer are high-quality. They also have gluten-free and dairy-free options. The ambiance is casual and comfortable, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. I would like to see the menu expanded to include more specialty drinks and food items.“

“I stopped by during the week since I like trying new coffee spots and I was impressed by Sunrise Grind. I ordered a small hot Nutty Cow Latte with a Jalapeño Cream Cheese Bagel. I was not expecting them to prepare it for me. This is awesome for me since I need be on the road when traffic is bad. Then I began to go more frequent and I order small hot White Mocha with Everything Bagel and Light Cream Cheese. I started to take my book to squeeze my reading before getting on the road again. I also like the music is not too loud or distracting genre. This coffee spot definitely gives you a great experience. It's unique in its own way.

P.S. A nice view of the Sunrise if you sit inside and you get see the Palm Trees too.“

“Very welcoming coffee spot for students and non students alike. many many options for coffee for any taste so there’s definitely something for everyone! Staff is really nice, attentive and quick with the orders and I got my coffee in less than 3 minutes when it was busy. Enjoy the vibes and is a very study friendly space. “Party of 2 went for lunch on a Monday in November. The cafe is spacious and has free WiFi, so quite a few people were working on their laptops from this place. You order at the counter and pay first, then they bring the food to you. They also have outdoor seating which was pretty pleasant. There's a pool table and some large screens with sports running on them. I had the kale caesar wrap with grilled chicken. The sandwiches come with a complimentary side for which I picked the side salad. The food was delicious and good quantity too. The restroom is clean, but a bit tucked into the building, so you have to ask the staff for directions. Total including tips and taxes came to just under 20 bucks.“

There's lots of pastry options. Both savory and sweet. There are also premade sandwiches. Some are child and can be heated, and others that are served cold.
Then there are the cakes. You can order slices or entire cake. They have lots of drink options hot coffee/ tea and cold options too.

They have plenty of indoor seating as well as patio seating.

My favorite items on the menu are Almond Croissant, Cream Broiler and Almond Cake plus all the rest of the pastry they make. I take their pastry to all my friends and to every gathering that I am invited to. I am so glad to support a local business, which is providing quality food and excellent services.“
