“Great ice cream but painfully lacking in atmosphere. Its a rather stark & uninviting space yet with so much potential. Its a shame since at one time it had been a BEAUTIFUL contemporary art galley. Now nearly half the space is unused & sit in shadow.“

“Yes, I recommend Screamin’ Mimi’s, but after today’s visit I may need a new neck. SM’s has always had at least 2 easy-to-read menus viewable, at least one inside and one outside. Not now. Now the ice cream flavors are on just one electronic screen right by the cash register and it’s really high. As in Really HIGH. Lots of small print. I was wondering what kind of neck damage I was incurring while trying to read the menu. The group behind me had some little kids and the adults were having a hard time trying to read and translate (what’s lavender?) the list to them. Or, if you prefer a QR code, it’s also right next to the cash register. Don’t forget your phone! In other words, everyone who hasn’t seen today’s menu before they arrive will be stuck trying to figure out their order while standing next to the cash register, peering at a complex menu, creating a traffic jam and longer line. Please, Mimi’s, don’t have the list so high and don’t put it just before the cash register.“

“The service was good, the flavor was phenomenal, the texture was a bit off like it had ice crystals formed in it--not very creamy, and the atmosphere was... well, bougie tourist town, what do you expect? The price is absolutely absurd. I paid $7 for a single small scoop in a cone so bland and stale that I felt like I was eating a paper cup and wished I had just asked for one instead of having to keep biting through the gross waffle. I had the bourbon plum ice cream and I'd highly recommend that flavor if you want to try this place out.“

“I found this place while on vacation with my family and they insisted on coming back here every day of our trip.

This place makes some really unusual and delicious flavors like coriander raspberry and honey rose cardamom. I also loved the texture of the ice cream; it's light and not overly creamy or sticky.“

“I love coming here ive tried their smoothies, bowls & bobas. My favorite by far are the strawberry horchata & the arroz con Leche smoothie. I just have one suggestion on the pricing it should be updated, there has been about two times where I've ordered something and it was more than advertised. I ordered a horchata Agua Fresca and it was listed as 4:50 and I paid 5:41.“

“I've always thought of frozen yogurt as ice cream's cousin with a learning disability but this place proves me wrong. Every flavor I've had is totally delightful. The toppings bar is also always clean and organized, and the whole place is kept very clean and appealing. Also, the lady that works there, I suspect she is the owner, is a total doll. “I NEED YOUR ATTENTION I am going through finances, receipts for entire year and noticed an inconsistency with receipts from here. So my understanding is cups and sizes are different prices correct? So someone getting the exact same order and cup size everytime the price is the same should be? What changes it?I only noticed the price is more than what you charge. By Oz and measurements yes price changes but same order each time you aren't charging the full amount. It's only by 5 to 15 cents each time but your business is losing money doing this.Its also not the same cashier each time it's someone different. So, I am not sure where in the system it's going wrong. But the cents add up, so I just wanted to let you know. =)“
