“My husband and I ended up getting lost. We ended up in forestville, I personally wanted a coffee and he suggested ice cream. We ended up at this quaint little shop. I personally don’t like a big crowd, my anxiety tends to get the best of me. There was a worker there who was just an absolute gem that I still haven’t stopped raving about. Kali was gracious, knowledgeable and just so charismatic. She made this environment friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone. Also to add, I forwent the coffee and got a scoop of snow hopper. Delectable! If you haven’t been, I highly recommend. We will be back!“

“This wonderful organic ice cream shop compliments Iggy's Organic Burger, a great resturant also sharing this premium space, located on beautiful Healdsburg Plaza. Sylvia was friendly and knowledgeable, and offered to let me try some samples. I settled on one generous scoop featuring dark chocolate, and a coffee mocha flavor. Yum! Yum! Yum! Wow; a great tasting organic ice cream with just the right texture. Exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service. I'm going to put this on my list of repeat visits. “The service was good, the flavor was phenomenal, the texture was a bit off like it had ice crystals formed in it--not very creamy, and the atmosphere was... well, bougie tourist town, what do you expect? The price is absolutely absurd. I paid $7 for a single small scoop in a cone so bland and stale that I felt like I was eating a paper cup and wished I had just asked for one instead of having to keep biting through the gross waffle. I had the bourbon plum ice cream and I'd highly recommend that flavor if you want to try this place out.“

“Yes, I recommend Screamin’ Mimi’s, but after today’s visit I may need a new neck. SM’s has always had at least 2 easy-to-read menus viewable, at least one inside and one outside. Not now. Now the ice cream flavors are on just one electronic screen right by the cash register and it’s really high. As in Really HIGH. Lots of small print. I was wondering what kind of neck damage I was incurring while trying to read the menu. The group behind me had some little kids and the adults were having a hard time trying to read and translate (what’s lavender?) the list to them. Or, if you prefer a QR code, it’s also right next to the cash register. Don’t forget your phone! In other words, everyone who hasn’t seen today’s menu before they arrive will be stuck trying to figure out their order while standing next to the cash register, peering at a complex menu, creating a traffic jam and longer line. Please, Mimi’s, don’t have the list so high and don’t put it just before the cash register.“

“Our family stopped in tonight and LOVED it! We came to town specifically for their ice cream because it was recommended to us, and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and let me taste more than a couple flavors... The rosemary peach was my favorite. The kumquat one was also extras delicious - I would definitely suggest trying it. “I NEED YOUR ATTENTION I am going through finances, receipts for entire year and noticed an inconsistency with receipts from here. So my understanding is cups and sizes are different prices correct? So someone getting the exact same order and cup size everytime the price is the same should be? What changes it?I only noticed the price is more than what you charge. By Oz and measurements yes price changes but same order each time you aren't charging the full amount. It's only by 5 to 15 cents each time but your business is losing money doing this.Its also not the same cashier each time it's someone different. So, I am not sure where in the system it's going wrong. But the cents add up, so I just wanted to let you know. =)“
