“I've been coming to this Starbucks for years, and it never fails whenever this young man (i think it's name is Joey) is working the drive thru, he ALWAYS screws up my order. I ordered a hot tea, he gave me a Chai latte. Because the lady in front of me took forever and now there was a line, I didn't want then to remake my order and have to refund my money. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Get it together!!!“

“One thing I appreciate about Starbucks is consistency. Been to Starbucks all over and my order usually tastes the same all over.

One thing that can vary widely is employee service. All the folks at this location are super friendly, and lightning fast.

Next time I am in Anaheim I will definitely visit this location, even if I am not staying at the hotel they are located in“

“Mike and Larry , Jes and Josh doing a great job here , Sit and listen the operation noise in here almost NOTHING which is great go down to Starbucks down the street on Brookhurst its a machine shop inside can't stand the noise more then few min its a coffee shop there will be some noise but NOT bad enough that people notice , Get busy .“

“This location has been very good to me. After the fall out of the rude employee at the store at Adams and Magnolia, this location has always been very courteous, attentive, and accommodating. I see whole families coming here to Summer chill with their kids all the time. I wish they would bring the comfy furniture back and increase charge plug options because the new policies have filtered out all the riff raff to be inviting for true Starbucks customers like me. Thanks again for making this ny new locale home location.“

“I love this Starbucks but they are now closed at 2 pm. It is small but the employees are nice.However when I was there today they had allowed a patron to sit inside at a table. We have a quarantine going on and this is not allowed. I was disappointed.“

“This location has very friendly staff. Today, we visited for ASL night! It was such a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting and welcoming for everyone. It was full of people and everyone was enjoying themselves. A very fun night, sipping on a great drink enjoying good company.“

“I come here maybe three times a week or so for cold brew. I mainly come in the drive thru, I’ve been inside maybe twice. But either way I always get good customer service experience whether it’s the drive thru or in the store. Never had any bad experiences here. There was one time when I received the wrong item I went back inside and let them know and they were very nice to make the drink I ordered.“
