Starbucks in Garden Grove

“Say outside on this gorgeous day. The partner who took my order was so compassionate to my bad day and personable. The partner who served me took time out to tell me about the training Starbucks gives to new hires. My hot frothy oatmilk pecan coffee drink was perfect. The location is clean and always welcoming. I enjoyed the morning so much more than I would have had I not come here. And the Cranberry Bars are back!!“

“Sweet people here and they remade my drink for me after I dropped it accidentally. I go here a lot and they are always so kind to me!

Wheelchair accessibility: While the door isn't an automatic door, it is accessible in the sense that there are ramps into the entrance and it is on ground floor“

“This location is very hard-working and these people are very friendly, but I’ve got to tell you they deal with the tremendous amount of pressure. Their drive-through line is very long, but the store is very clean and they get the drinks out very quickly!I ordered a Doppio con panna . It was delicious just heating is amazing. The music is great. I think you should stop by the store and say hi. They do a really good job. !“

“Came back to check out their new interior. It's definitely cleaner & less cluttered inside. The service is kinda slow today & on top of that, they messed up my pink drink. However when i brought it up to their attention, one of the baristas kindly offered to fix it. I'll come back here again for sure.“

“It's a Starbucks in a hotel. That being said I was in town for 4 days recently. I used the app and my coffee was ready within a few minutes each time with zero wait by the time I got there (two block drive). I asked for a stopper my first two days and by the third day my coffee had a stopper already in it at pickup. Super dependable, fast and consistent. Great job.

Parking: There is one mobile parking spot in front of the business. You can also park in the back of the Marriott next door and walk over.“

“I love this Starbucks but they are now closed at 2 pm. It is small but the employees are nice.However when I was there today they had allowed a patron to sit inside at a table. We have a quarantine going on and this is not allowed. I was disappointed.“

“Convenient location right by our hotel with super friendly and fast service, they even got my (admittedly complicated) drink right! My only complaint is the layout of the parking lot is a little awkward and they didn’t have raspberry syrup. Definitely not stuff worth fussing over though, this starbucks rocks!“

“I come here maybe three times a week or so for cold brew. I mainly come in the drive thru, I’ve been inside maybe twice. But either way I always get good customer service experience whether it’s the drive thru or in the store. Never had any bad experiences here. There was one time when I received the wrong item I went back inside and let them know and they were very nice to make the drink I ordered.“
