We live right down the street so now we can come and eat even more often than before.“

“This was our first time trying mazesoba. We didn't know much about ordering but our server was the most helpful. I had the Ocean mazesoba and my husband had the Supreme. The flavor was explosive, I mean we almost licked our plates. We are from Florida but will visit each time we come. Highly recommended“

“This was my third time going to makomae. I like the sashimi. They are fresh. It’s a little on the pricey side but worth every bite.
The first time I was there, I tried the beef tongue that I didn’t care for.
The second time I was there, I ordered the omakase. The server told me what fish I would be getting. One of them was Bonita. I never had sashimi Bonita and knew that I didn’t like cooked Bonita. When I tried the sashimi Bonita, I still didn’t like it..the rest of the sashimi was very good though.“

“The teriyaki chicken salad is beyond amazing. I was talking to some guys in there as well and they liked the beef. Overall great experience and the food came out great. The only issue was that I wasn’t able to get pickup but I was still able to get my food quickly.“

“My review is for a to go order I placed on Yelp. I found the menu to be pretty extensive with lots of options and combos for various preferences. I ordered a bento box combination and it was a ton of food! My order was ready to by the time I drove there, about 10 minutes or so, was a very easy process. All the food was vert hot and crunchy even when I got it home. They supplied all of the sauces, condiments, utensils, everything you would need to enjoy your meal. Overall it was happy with the food and service. Would love to sit in and dine some time. Will definitely be returning to try more things!“

“I used to come here regularly and my first visit was back in 2001. The food and service has always been great. Mimi had quite the personality and perhaps some might've thought she was rude but I loved the character that she added. I'm not sure if she's still there but I know today I saw Yohan who has always been the most lovely pleasant server ever. I've heard some people tell me that it isn't the same and it has fallen down hill but today I went in with my father and I still enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. These are the THE BEST California rolls I've ever had. You can't beat the price on the quality of these rolls. Thank you for still making food I enjoy.“

I would especially recommend the fried chicken. Each piece is huge compared to the typical karaage style chicken.

“All time oldie but goodie! Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Had lunch with the queen and princes today. Ordered up two chicken soba and, one shrimp soba. Two sides of shrimp tempura and one side of edamame. All was prepared and served quickly. Plenty of soba for leftovers. Price was reasonable and waitress was nice and attentive.

“I originally went next door to the pita to go place and after standing inside the dark restaurant for 7 minutes a rude guy came out and was so rude I wasn’t going to spend my hard earned money inside this establishment so I went next door to wasabi n roll “sushi “ and I’m so glad I did… I ordered the bento #1 beef and it was soooo amazing and what was even more amazing was the customer service and the cleanliness of this establishment. I’m actually back again for the 2nd time this week lol“

“I’ve been coming here for over a decade. That’s says a lot. The restaurants has that homemade feeling to it. Foo Foo Tei offers variety of dishes, but they are famous for their ramen. I love the number 17 Ramen and I would order that every time. Their portion portion is gigantic (despite being decently priced), so if you are ordering Ramen be careful not to order too many appetizers unless you are a big eater. Their portion portion restaurant can get real busy, so you should arrive a little before opening time to avoid the wait.“

My grandmother is a harsh critic lol so she said the noodles needed a little more broth ? but I wouldn't take it personally cus she still critiques my cooking skills pretty hard and I'd like to consider myself a decent chef lol. The staff is bilingual which is pretty awesome , always happy to see representation and an array of cultures. “If you love Fresh fish at a good price look no further. The Sashimi is amazing and great portions. They have fresh Real WASABI available which take the fish to a whole new level. Sometimes they have toro which is my favorite. Remember that they do allow reservations and they are very very busy, which is what you want!

“What a hidden gem! This place's sushi is exceptionally fresh, the place is immaculate and great, attentive service!

The sushi rolls have about twice the amount of fish in them than other local places (and we have tried them all). Wonderful specialty rolls and all the traditional favorites! You can't go wrong here! Even has many non-sushi options.
