“Wow best matcha latte! Amazing team here ! I just stop on my trip to grab a matcha and I found Sam/ Charlie to be so happy helping me and creating this amazing experience. It’s not about food , hospitality it’s about service and the love speak laughter here! They are so kind, genuine and loving. The service was speed and my matcha perfect! “Very clean, no waiting in line. There was 2 very friendly girl when I was there. “Shockingly” they got the order right (other Starbucks 98% mistakes in LA) since I ask my coffee kids temp + whipped cream (I know not that difficult) I was super lucky 🍀 they still had my favorite seasonal the chestnuts praline. 😍 I went in thinking it will be 5-10min and actually I was just in and out in no time with the perfect coffee ☕️ thank you 🙏🏼“

“I'm in the area for work and have been frequenting this Starbucks location for the past two weeks. The baristas are all very young, mostly like students of the nearby colleges, and just bursting with beautiful energy. I feel so welcome each time I enter the store, and it's not uncommon for all of the five or so baristas behind the counter to shout out a "hello" or "goodbye" as people enter and exit. They just exude good vibes. In particular, Preston is a stand out vibe booster. He's just so upbeat and engaging, and he always remembers me, so I just want to give a special shout out to him. Thanks to the whole team...management at this location seems to be doing something right :-) Good luck to all the baristas, wherever life takes you!!“
