“The fact this didn’t pop up for best restaurants in Burbank when searching google and TikTok is a travesty. This was phenomenal in every way and the owner genuinely seems to enjoy what he does. Everything is made in house including their sauces, the meat they used is displayed. If houses around here didn’t cost 1M I’d move here and eat this every day.

“I came here for a brunch. The food is okay, but the prices are too high for the neighborhood. I ordered the shareable mimosas, which came in an un-rinsed carafe (think dust and bugs). Thankfully, the manager comped them, but I was still charged for the drinks that replaced them.

Ultimately, I paid $70 for 3 mimosas and a salad. Okay, fine, but when I tried to pay, the tip options were only 3, 5, and 7%. When I questioned the waitress about this, she admitted they'd already charged me an automatic 20% gratuity, and those were additional tipping options.

It's still a beautiful restaurant with pretty good food, but for not being very busy on a Saturday afternoon, the service could have been a lot better.“

“First visit. We came for after dinner drinks. The arched ceiling and mood lighting are a great aesthetic. But with so many hard surfaces amplifies sound. It was pretty loud inside, so we chose an outside table. The staff were super helpful in explaining their stock and choices. Our cocktails were ok. My friend ordered a double Jack and coke. When the bill came I saw his drink cost $24! Our fancy cocktails were $14-$18. $24 for two shots of Jack Daniels and coke was disappointing. I didn't raise the issue. “Nice old school coffee shop diner with a big selection of breakfast items and lunch and dinner items. Prices are not bad, better than most for a place like this. Opened in 1971 I think and it hasn't changed much. A Canoga Park Iconic place.“

“I work around the plaza so this is my go-to place to order from. Every time I have a full shift, I just order on the app, set a time to pick it up and my food is ready to go when I get there. The food is delicious and I always get the correct order, there have been no mishaps. The employees are really nice, I love the environment, personally it's the best place to eat from. My favorite meals are the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and the Southwest Chicken Wrap, I love the crunchiness of the tortilla strips and they are so tasty!“

“On January 30th our group consisting of about 35 retired cops and guests met at the restaurant for a breakfast meeting. We and were seated in the banquet room and Gail, our server, handled the group cheerfully and efficiently, mostly by herself. She took and delivered all of the orders and deserves credit for her friendly demeanor and keeping her composure while handling this gathering with minimal assistance from the other staff.“

“This is a yummy spot. Your burger is cooked fresh to order. I decided to add some blue cheese to mine and boy was it delicious! You will definately need to add some crispy onions rings on the side with ranch of course. You have to try the pomegranate lemonade with mint. It is simply delicious and not too sweet. “This place feels seedy from the outside and dated and unwelcoming when you step in. Don’t let that fool or stop you. Once you’re in and seated you realize most everyone is a regular, and the staff is warm and welcoming. And the food is seriously stellar. I had the Bullet (their original recipe since 1954), my girlfriend the Huevos Rancheros. You can taste the time and care that goes into making everything from scratch. I don’t usually go places more than once but look forward to becoming a regular here and trying more on the menu.“

While I gave the value a good rating instead of excellent due to the limited menu selections and higher prices for the holiday, the quality of the food and service made it worthwhile. The noise level was moderate, which is understandable given the festive occasion. One area that could use improvement is the parking situation. The tent still erected in the street since COVID blocks numerous parking spaces, making it difficult for patrons with mobility issues. I addressed this to the staff and was puzzled to learn they actually want to make this permanent! No one uses this outdoor area, and it's filled with a disarray of items making it look unsightly for such a historical restaurant. Despite this, I highly recommend Valley Inn and Martini Bar for a special night out. The food, service, and ambiance are top-notch, and it's a great place to celebrate any occasion.“
