I finally had the chance to stop into Say When Bakery, and I’m so glad I did. I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel, the owner, who carefully packed my order of scones and cookies while we chatted for a few minutes.
He was incredibly kind, personable, and generous. Gabriel shared a bit about himself and the journey that brought him here, and I was genuinely impressed by his warmth and openness.
The scones were out of this world, and the cookies were divine! It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the baked goods and the customer experience. I truly hope Gabriel and his family build a long and successful home here—Say When Bakery is a wonderful addition to the community.

“finally stopped in for the first time, now driving me nuts that I haven't before. I grabbed a few chicken dinners with veggies, some whipped topping and two personal pies. the chicken falls right off the bone, it's moist and full of flavor. there were fresh green beans, potatoes and squash with it. Delicious! My husband ate his apple pie without utensils. he said it was amazing. the pecan pie with a bite of the whipped topping was phenomenal, although neither needed the other to be amazing. so many wonderful things to get there in the shop. staff is so wonderfully kind. the store is clean and well organized. Exactly the place you want to go to. I will return, many times.“
