“Raleys has staff that work very hard, recently they have been understaffed. The problem with the Raleys is not the staff or really any of the store itself but the "patrons" or "customers". These customers seem to have not attended preschool to learn basic patience and care. They never learned about the golden rule, nor do they care about those around them and what they may be dealing with. The customers at Raleys are horrendous and extremely rude to those working there SERVING THEM at a minimum wage job. If anything, Grass Valley should go back to preschool and realize we are all human, and no one wants to be yelled at or to cause others to have a hard time. GROW UP RALEYS CUSTOMERS!!! I went there to buy a drink after class and had to deal with a "grown man" crying and shuddering at missing out on a party he was going to attend that evening... it was around 5 pm. seriously.“

“Update: I was willing to give it another try. This time I was not disappointed. It started while the drink was being Blended. They picked up the cup and showed it some love with some Caramel 😍😍😍 I felt my mood change from a pick me up to excited delight. Knowing I had a great treat to look forward to the dopamine boost was primed and waiting for that first sweet, warm and cold sip. Very very pleased with this time. Will include old review to show that there was an issue and you can see the difference 🥰

Original: After waiting 20 minutes + for my Caramel Frappuccino I was given what I could only describe as a basic Frappuccino. They quickly took care of a drink order just before mine and made mine and then one person wondered off leaving one to deal with the counter while my drink just needed the Carmel and the lid. And as you could see no Caramel. After waiting as long I did I just wanted to leave.“
