“Recommended by my partner during our date on a hot day, this boba shop is located in the back of a plaza in SGV, although a moderate size parking lot, it can fill out pretty quickly. The shop is small with no tables, only benches inside & outside, it could get pretty cramped in the shop since it was pretty busy when we arrived.

It's always nice to have a boba shop that has kiosk ordering & ordering via register. They have plentiful of menu options including specialties in oolong teas. Cups are a huge factor for me when reviewing drink shops and Chun Yang Tea is definitely on the higher quality side of cups. They're sturdy, cute design, and no spills.

My partner and I waited about 15 minutes for our drink during peak hours which is pretty quick. Highly recommend to order online ahead of time to skip waiting times.“

The brown sugar boba milk tea is rich in tea flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, and the boba is perfectly chewy and soft — absolutely delicious. “Got them for catering at our weddings cocktail hour and it was a huge hit! My husband and I love Wushiland and really wanted boba at the wedding. We were considering our options and felt like Wushiland was the best option for us since it’s one of our favorites.

Our wedding was located in Anaheim and we chose this location because of proximity and I’m so happy that I did! I called the store and a worker got my contact info to pass it to their manager. I eventually got into contact with him and he was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I think I was in communication with them around 2 months or so before our wedding and the manager was sooo helpful!

We ordered 5 travel jugs and 4 orders of toppings. They let us get them at 50% sweet too! We let them know it was for a wedding and they asked our headcount (which was 110, but not everyone would drink boba) and happily accommodated the straws and cups to fit the number of guests! They also helped recommend if the amount we got will be good enough or if we needed more.

The entire ordering process was very smooth & the cost was AMAZING! We were also happy that they did delivery and helped with setup!It’s for a fee but we really did appreciated it!

Overall our guests were happy to see boba at the wedding and we were so happy to have them as part of our big day. Would highly recommend them for your next event whether just a party or a wedding! Definitely going to keep them in mind for future parties☺“

“My first time here but this is one of my niece's go to when in the area. The place itself was pretty busy but the line moves fast. I ordered the matcha vanilla oat latte. It wasn't too sweet and the matcha was not lost in the vanilla and oat milk. It was a refreshing drink that I can keep drinking all day long. The place was busy but clean. We placed our order on the kiosk and the people who gave us our our was super nice.“

“This is a small, cozy cafe with only about 6–7 tables, so seating is limited, but there’s plenty of parking in the parking lot, which is always a big plus. Ordering is done through a kiosk, making the process quick and easy. Our food also came out pretty fast.

I ordered:

- Pork Loin Cutlet Curry Udon
- Japanese Omelette Sandwich
- Orange Americano Tonic

The Pork Loin Cutlet Curry Udon was my favorite. The pork cutlet was moist and tender, and the Japanese-style curry was flavorful and comforting. The udon had a really nice texture and was cooked perfectly. Definitely a satisfying combination!

The Japanese Omelette Sandwich was HUGE! I wasn’t expecting it to be that big, and it was definitely enough for a hearty meal or to share.

They also have a great variety of drinks, and you can customize the ice and sweetness level. I tried the Orange Americano Tonic, which was refreshing with a nice citrusy flavor and paired well with the curry.

Overall, I had a great first experience here. The food came out quickly, the portions were generous, price was decent, parking was easy, and everything I tried was enjoyable.

“I had a Phoenix Oolong Milk Tea with no ice and level 1 (of 5) sweetness. I really enjoy freshly brewed milk tea (freshly brewed after order is placed) compared to milk tea prepared with tea that was brewed well in advance, had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long, and used only after the order is placed. I definitely recommend to try their boba tea.“

The sweetest owner patiently walked us through all the flavors and even brewed fresh samples 🥰 it felt like a mini tea adventure. Took home a bag of hojicha , and absolutely delicious! “I’ve been coming here for months as my go-to boba shop since it’s close by. You really can’t beat the value here, plus the food is decently good for a quick meal. It gets busy in the afternoons during the school year with high school students, so come early if you plan to do some work at a cafe, and bring noise canceling headphones. They have outlets near the walls for charging. The drinks aren’t overly sweet and they don’t fill up on ice, so I recommend normal sweet/ice for those with a sweet tooth.“

“After dinner nearby, we knew we wanted boba afterwards and purposely saved room for it! R&B Tea was on the opposite end of the plaza, which worked out as we worked off a little bit of dinner by walking here.

I ordered a jasmine green milk tea ($5.75) at 50% sweet with easy ice and boba ($0.75). Just the right amount of sugar with the right consistency for the boba. Would definitely order again (and also possibly try their matcha milk tea or roasted oolong milk tea). Post-dinner boba craving met! Thanks Tiffany for taking care of our large group order!

They have two small tables in the front and more table space in the back for hanging out and playing board games. We picked The Logo Game and learned new facts about products and logos and what not from the game. Did you know that Baskin Robbins had 31 flavors particular to cover each day of the month? I didn't, until the game. Fun times.

“They definitely have some unique flavors to try, many of which I haven’t seen before in any other boba places. I really like the cassia milk tea
The prices though, are also higher than most other places. I paid $24 for 3 drinks, one of which was $8.65 (the popcorn milk tea with brown sugar tapiochi).
The drinks are good and the flavors can’t be found most other places, but I don’t personally think they’re over $8 worth it

“A friend informed me about this awesome place where you can buy loose leaf tea. I was searching for Lychee tea...I was happy to find it there. Prices are reasonable:
Black $36/lb
Oolong $50/lb

They have a large selection. I ended up buying other types to try.

I ordered the strawberry slush but removed the ice cream. It comes with boba and u can choose which one using the substitution. Adding a topping is $0.85 per topping if its boba and more for other toppings. I had mango boba, which is only available on weekends and fridays. The boba is pretty good and freshly made, although the quality can sometimes vary. The mango boba tastes actually like mango and isn't simply just a coloring or very light, unlike some places with flavored boba.
In terms of the drink itself, it is one of the best strawberry slushes I've ever had, with the flavor tasting authentic. Since it's blended, there are some smaller ice bits that aren't fully slush-consistency, but apart from that, I'd definitely recommend this drink for those who like strawberry or fruit.
The one issue I have is that on the kiosk, the prices shown when selecting drinks don't include tax and only show them when u checkout, which can be annoying since many other stores do include tax when showing product prices. Because of that, the drinks can be somewhat pricey compared to other places, but on the plus side, the quality is amazing.“
