“One of the best restaurants at Lake Tahoe.“

“The pier bar was a party. Very crowed but grate people and boat watching. Their Chambers Crush drinks were not as good as they were in June. Not as cold and slushy. I think they were just too busy and it was too hot to keep up. Still good and they pack a punch. Great way to start our evening. Enjoyed our dinner in the quieter atmosphere with a beautiful view. Service is always great and the food was good.“

“This restaurant is fantastic! Lukas was one of the best servers I have come across. They have unique and flavorful twists on traditional Scandinavian dishes. And the manager Jeff sources local foods. The ahi appetizer in cones was a recommendation from Jeff and did not disappoint. Our Schnitzel was fabulous and so was the elk pot pie. It was quiet at the time we happened to be there so we got to chat a bit. We learned that the owner’s daughter is the pastry chef so we had to try the cheesecake. Also delicious. It was just a great dining experience.“

“First time at Lake Tahoe, and this place was amazing! We had lunch on the patio, and we can tell how vibrant this place is just because there were no tables open. My burger was a 10/10 perfect medium rare, fries were the perfect crisp, makes the meal 20/20. The service was also fantastic, she always made sure we were hydrated and everything was on point, on this beautiful hot day.“

“The food is a little pricey, but very good! I got the pastrami sandwich. The music doesn’t match the vibe of a tap house at all. Also the service method is fast food design. You order and pay and take a number. Overall would get takeout for the food, but not enjoy in house again.“

“6 peaks is a lovely restaurant. The staff were super friendly from the hostess (sandy?) to the waiter (Sean?) and everyone else we interacted with. The view of the valley is stunning and the ambiance was romantic with a live piano player setting the mood. We chose handmade pappardelle and branzino as our mains and they were delicious and beautifully plated. Perfect place for date night especially if you stay nearby.“
