“Every time I’ve gone to Ann’s Fish and Chips, the food has always been made fresh and is perfectly crispy! My favorites are definitely the fish and shrimp, they’re always cooked perfectly and so good. I also tried the vegetable combo and it was amazing! Everything in it was delicious, but I will for sure be back for another veggie combo especially the Zucchini’s!

On top of the great food, the customer service is always spot on. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and really makes you feel at home every time you come in. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!“

“Our household is so picky, there is always someone who is not happy with the food.. that wasn’t the case today, everyone was completely satisfied, not a single complaint. Asada papa nachos, carnitas taco salad, carnitas wet burrito with green sauce, California burrito, asada burrito all were absolutely delicious.. would definitely recommend them.. 10/10“

“This place, a sea food truck venue, has the best seafood in all of Turlock and Modesto. To start, the owner always has a welcoming smile. Secondly, the seafood tostadas, cocktails, and oysters are always fresh. Next, and most importantly, the seasoning in this seafood truck is out of this world. Finally, I want to thank Felipe for always being there and taking care of my family when they go to eat. God will always bless these people and this place.“

“First time trying it out on a recommendation from a few people.
They do have a decent salsa bar (cabbage salsa is the superior salsa 🤤) which was a highlight of one of the recommendations.

The food left a little to be desired, I got the two item combo the tamale was very tasty, the red sauce had a good kick but it didn't linger or take away from the flavor. The sope however was a little lack-luster. I got it with pastor, which was not like any pastor I've ever had so that was disappointing. The masa was tough and flavorless. I love that they use romaine and not just iceberg but it was missing that crunch. Points for the rice and beans, though, they were very flavorful!
My husband got the taco salad, and it was pitiful, huge shell barely half way filled up. He was also bummed at the pastor.
He also said the shell tasted like dish soap😬

Overall- more positives than negatives and I'd definitely come back to try other stuff. I saw other plates that people in our group ordered and I was definitely intrigued!

“I know this is a taco truck and most people go for the Mexican food but this place has the best cheeseburgers in the area!! The burger and fries are amazing, and it definitely beats driving to Modesto or Turlock for a burger fix. I love this truck and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.“

“From a girl who spent her summers in Louisiana the crab boil does not disappoint! The sheer size of the boil for me and my husband left us with leftovers. Everything is super fresh and delicious. We got the medium sauce Dungeness Crab boil for a couple with a side of rice and a lb of mussels. They upgraded the rice size for free and threw in extra sea food. If you love seafood boils and you want one worth the cost. Look no further.“

“I always come here to get their mixed seafood salad that comes with ceviche fish, shrimp, squid, octopus, tomatoes, avocados, cilantro, onions, jalapenos and lime. I love that it comes in a takeout tray and the price is very reasonable. Super delicious ?? I always eat my ceviche with tostadas. I like their selection of spicy habanero hot sauce at the tables.? The horchata drinks are super refreshing and delicious. It's not watered down, you can taste the cinnamon, rice and sugar.“

“Food is excellent especially when looking for seafood. Since this is a food truck, the only seating is outside so we recommend either pick up or when the outdoor weather is good. The shrimp cocktail variations were excellent and the mix of tacos we tried were also very good. We have also used calling ahead and picking up the order and had no issues with our order. The shrimp quesadilla was filled with the best beer battered shrimp I've ever had. I wanted the camaron da pilar, but they were out. I'll go back just for that. The pictures from the menu pale in comparison to the actual quality of the food. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy their shrimp, calamari and fish; anyway they serve it it is stellar!!!“

“this is my favorite Chinese food place in town. I haven't been able to have it in awhile ( medical / dietary reasons ) and on Christmas my family ordered it. I only had an itty bitty amount, and today my husband brought me in for lunch. I'm a few weeks post op and got to talking with Sandy, and she made all sorts of suggestions to help me better pick and choose menu items I can safely eat. she was so kind and exchanged numbers with me so she can help whenever. “I got breakfast, red chilaquiles with eggs, but it was too spicy. It was still good it was my first time coming here. My mother n law got 3 chicken tacos (crunchy) they were good too. We did find a hair in one of our chips, but other than that everything was good.“

Street tacos are amazing. Little pricier, but full. Rolled tacos are good too. Definitely a southern California type of place.“
