“Went on a whim. My son (5 yo) and I were craving good food, not junk. DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Phenomenal giant beef rib. Big portions. We each ate one and could barley walk out we were so full.
Lou and the crew were SO polite and incredibly friendly. Felt like family.
Definitely made lifelong customers. My 5 yo was already telling me when we have to go back.“

“If you’re craving teriyaki chicken and beef, this place is it. First bite, noticed how good the quality of meat is. The prices are so reasonable and good for how good the quality is and how filling it is. I got the beef and chicken plate and I usually eat a lot, but I was so full with a quarter of it still left. This was 1000% a solid teriyaki bowl and will come back for more.“

“This used to be my go to kbbq, but in all honesty they fell off a little. Maybe I'm comparing it to my new spot too much but in my opinion they've lessened on quality and service. The waitress takes my order but doesn't write it down and i end up not getting what I ordered. They kept changing the grill and not turning the heat up enough so everything took ages to cook and when it finally heated up they came and changed the grill again. The quality of the bulgogi beef has gone down in my opinion. That being said everything else was delicious. The brief biscuit was really good, when it finally arrives. Only know it's still highly recommend this place but I would suggest they write down the orders and hire a couple more waitresses. Also waaaay too loud. Turn down the loop slightly“

“I was staying in a hotel nearby and saw this restaurant on google maps so I wasn’t sure how it would be. But honestly, this place was really excellent. One of the better Korean BBQ experiences I’ve had. All of the food was very fresh and tasty. They gave us a huge variety of dishes and I ate until I was very full, but I still felt great afterwards. On top of that, the staff were very nice. Great experience.“

“Today I went to rodeo 39 in Garden Grove with some friends and I stumbled across Kra Z Kai's. It was my second time trying Laos barbecue. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything was the delicious. The ribs were marinated for 24 hours. The barbecue pork and the chicken were all marinated in the same sauce. The owner told me the service was fast and this whole ambience was nice some of the best food I've had in a long time next time I'm going to Garden Grove. I will come here again.“

“Stopped by with my sister after the Long Beach Trolley Christmas Lights Tour through Naples. Everything we ordered was delicious, highly recommend the loaded Mac n cheese w brisket, I’m no stranger to soul food and this mac rivaled my own… so creamy. Everything is seasoned to perfection. The bbq sandwich with brisket and pulled pork was so flavorful, it didn’t even need sauce. Don’t get me started on the soft, chewy buns…The staff, not sure if the owner, was soooooo genuinely kindhearted. He made our family time even more special, laughing with us and letting us try the wings and dirty rice (try themmm!!!! Soooo good). Over the top tasty bbq AND sides. 10/10 would recommend. Oh and they were playing the jams (not too loud), nice to sing along between bites.“

From the beginning to the end of the whole dinner our server was great and the rest of staff. The food was delicious and our kids loved it. “Wow!! I just wish we lived closer so we could come more often. This place was amazing to eat at during vacation. Me and my husband shared the brisket and tri tip. Both were phenomenal but we liked the tri tip a little more. The sides were delicious as well!! We tried the Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, and creamy corn YUM!!! Our waiter was so friendly and great and letting us know what was more popular and she really helped us enjoy our food. We will have to visit again and eat here!!“

“I’ve been craving Mongolian Bbq for a while but haven’t really explored. Saw this place with good ratings and must say, the ratings didn’t lie! It’s a cosy hole in the wall place which you know that means it’s good. Staff are very friendly and attentive, explaining the menu and how this roll. I got the all you can eat with my boyfriend, it was so much food! I will absolutely come again and I will highly recommend this place to friends!“

“A definite hidden gem. If you driving through the area def get yourself some tacos and you will not be disappointed. Had the pastor and the chicken tacos and loved both but that chicken with the extra sauce, bomb. Even the Jamaica was great n refreshing. Prices were reasonable and fair. “Good Mongolian food, lots of choices to build your plate. They have different sizing and all you can eat options. Besides that they have additional food you can order, at an extra cost, appetizers main courses. A small bowl is enough for one person. Get the regular if you want leftovers.“

“Their takeout is definitely worth trying! We ordered the roast pork with rice, which came with green beans. It was simple but tasty—though we would have preferred the pork warmed up. There wasn’t much seasoning, but the crispy skin and rich fat made up for it. We also tried the BBQ pork, which was nicely charred and tender. The added BBQ sauce had a subtle sweetness that paired well with the rice. It’s cash only, no tip expected, and the service was quick and easy.“

“The quality of the pork belly was excellent, and the service of having the staff grill the meat for us made the experience very comfortable. The variety of pickled side dishes was impressive and paired perfectly with the meat. Both the doenjang-jjigae and kimchi-jjigae were absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was spacious and very clean. One thing I wish was that the staff could have been a bit friendlier, but overall, if you’re looking for authentic Korean-style pork BBQ, I’d definitely recommend this place.“
