“The food and drinks are always fabulous but the service is honestly what keeps me coming back. Literally the best service I’ve had at any restaurant and I go to a lot of high end restaurants. The best part they always remember me but, honestly I think it’s because my very large brown and white standArd poodle who actually sits in the both with me. Either way I love the waitresses there all so sweet and friendly and, I really enjoy the food and drinks. It’s my Tuesday night go to.“

“Normita's is one of the best places to eat in Orange County. They are famous for their fish taco, wich I can tell you it will not disappoint. The first time I ate here I was hooked, the price is a bit high but good food is hard to come by! It's cash only weird hours and great beach vibes. DONT PASS IT UP!“

The line is always super quick. This is the best restaurant to be in this location….. ever! Suitable for all party sizes if you order to go. However, if you have more than 4 people, it can get crowded in there. Honestly, it’s so nice to get your food and walk down by the beach to enjoy it!“

“I wish I would have got the waitress's name. She was so nice and accommodating to me ,my wife, and our dog. She went above and beyond a couple of times during our lunch. My wife's dish was a little too spicy so we sent it back and they gave us another at no charge(minus the Chipotle sauce). The amazing part Was the sincere kindness of the waitress. Most places make you feel like you're a problem when you send something back. She just wanted to make sure we were happy. Thank you, you are much appreciated. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced.“

“First time here. The food was authentic Mexican. I had the sopes al pastor and my husband a giant torta. The chips are absolutely delicious and the salsas, as well. Very attentive service. This place serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides the Mexican food there’s an entire menu of burgers, etc. We will be back.“

“Tacos? Yea they are FIRE! A co-worker brought me to this hidden little jem. I usually tend to get nervous getting food from a food truck. Too many bad experiences. But this truck is diff. I ordered 4 tacos. 2 carne asada and 2 lengua. ( I don't care about the lengua haters ? I LOVE lengua! ) Anyways, the tacos were fuego and I went back the next day to get some more. “I went here with some coworkers last week. There were 8 of us in total and while this restaurant was on the smaller side in terms of seating the food was definitely worth it. We had several people in the group with dietary restrictions and all those restrictions were accounted and accommodated for. Everyone had a great time and the food was delicious. An emergency unfortunately happened and I had to eat my food several hours later but even then it was so delicious. Personally I think if take out food still tastes good after being reheated in a microwave then it’s a sign of a well prepared meal. I had a street carnitas taco, two hard shell beef tacos, and a chimichanga. Everything was so delicious and very affordable. My whole meal was under $25 and it was incredibly filling and satisfying. I’ve been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and had my fair share of the cuisine and this is definitely a place I would return to!

“It's a food truck. Their tacos are the best around. They are affordable and delicious. The owner is a good guy. Have to try the habanero salsa. Not too hot has the perfect kick to it. I highly recommend checking it out! He is there Tuesday - Friday. Four tacos and a horchata is just $12.“

Today I got the steak fajita and chips and Salsa through grub hub (.I live very close) The portion size of the fajita was very small for the price like the smallest portion i've ever seen for a fajita. It was also very chewy and not flavorful at all. And surprisingly the chips were stale. I typically wouldn't even waste my time on a review but this was pretty bad.“

This place is a mainstay in the community. It has upgraded over the years ,& renovated but has never lost its charms, and I've been going there for over 40 yrs. My kids have taken over the mantle. Nice quiet spot for a date too.“

“Dos Amigos is local to me, which makes is really good too! They have large tv’s, sound for the games, great servers and friendly bartenders. I only go to bars to watch sports or meet up with people and viewing my football games has been the best! The food is really, really good too, which makes them way up over other sports bars!!“

“It’s not very often I’m looking for protein and veg and find something quick that delivers. The protein bowl was perfect- not loaded in sauces, lots of veg, and tasty proteins (spicy chicken and shrimp). I hate cilantro, but still ended up eating most of the slaw, it was very tasty!“

“I first had Super Mex over 20 years ago as a child. Finally in 2025 I was able to make it back to have it again. It did not disappoint!
I got the mini chimis and the beef burrito. It was the perfect meal after a nice swim at the beach. I hope to return again soon“

“The food was excellent! They are a similar style to Chipotle, but in my opinion, better!! I loved the burrito bowl I got. The blueberry lime drink was excellent, too. Very friendly employees and nice atmosphere, very clean and inviting. Comfortable seating.“
